Highly recommended structure

This property is located right in the center and a stone's throw from the station. Daily cleaning of the rooms and friendliness of the owner, who let us store our backpacks on our arrival and before our departure.
Highly recommended.
The only flaw: there is no shuttle service available to the airport as indicated on Booking.

Great stay in

We just spent one night and had a great time. The room is very comfortable, sunny and with a nice bathroom.
Everything spotless, even the corridors and common areas.
The very nice Owner even made us store our luggage after Check-out.
Central location and great price.
We will definitely be back.

Perfect location but average hotel

The hotel is very well placed 5 min from the station on Via Roma (very noisy) close to all points of interest and well secured (3 doors to go through )the air conditioning works well c is paramount in Palermo ,the comfortable bedding ,there is a fridge in the rooms and the cleaning is done every day on the other hand cramped bathroom (finger rinse as sink) garbage break towels used (mine was holed) no breakfast nor bottles of water as read in the announcement and no permanence at the reception....we were handed the keys to our room on arrival and did not see anyone during the 3 days we stayed there without having even left us a number of such in case of problem..we left the keys on the counter leaving
I don't think this Pension deserves 3 stars ...

Excellent low cost accommodation.

Good central location 300 meters from the central station and the bus stop for the airport (Prestia and Comandè), in front of the Rinascente (about 300 meters on the right). Too bad only a little noise from the nearby nightlife area.
Giuseppe, a very kind manager, even assigned us a two-room apartment for 4 people (in the photos the large room).
Large room equipped with air conditioning and TV.
Bathroom with large shower.
Everything very clean.

Excellent stay in the center of Palermo

We really enjoyed our stay in this new, very clean, renovated STRUCTURE, close and convenient to the center and to all the bus, coach, train services. The host was really kind and helpful. We highly recommend it for a nice stay in Palermo.
