Clean, welcoming and in a strategic position
Welcoming, clean and in an excellent location; good breakfast. The only things to highlight, but which were absolutely not a problem for us, were the positioning on the third floor without a lift (a detail highlighted on the property page) and the presence of the somewhat noisy water pump. In summary, very positive quality/price ratio and to be recommended.

Anyway good
Very nice staff, nice and clean rooms.
The only drawback ( which we knew and were warned about anyway ) are the 3 flights of stairs to get to the structure .
And unfortunately quite noisy given the historical fixtures that unfortunately cannot be changed.

Attention to the fourth floor
The location of the B & B is in a strategic position, a few steps from the center, easily accessible. And that's the only positive. For the rest the apartment was on the fourth floor without, elevator (it is not specified very well, attention). The staircase is very steep and I do not recommend it to those who are not properly trained, or have, in tow, children, strollers and luggage. In addition, the appointment of the fourth floor is on two levels with a mezzanine and is full of edges and steps even little visible.
Poor professionalism, since , despite the indication of the presence of a reception, there was no one on arrival.

Carissima Alessandra, il piano del b&b e l’assenza dell’ascensore è ben specificato nella piattaforma che lei ha utilizzato per prenotare la nostra struttura, dunque le consigliamo di leggere attentamente una prossima volta. Così come viene specificato la modalità di self check/in, dunque di entrata in autonomia, ricordandole che si tratta di un B&b e non di un hotel con reception attiva h24.
Inoltre, nel cassetto del bagno della sua stanza vi erano oltre 20 kit cortesia, oltre quelli presenti di fianco il lavandino e quelli dati in aggiunta alla sua richiesta (altri 10 circa). Accettiamo consigli, l’importante è che siano veritieri. Grazie

Third floor without elevator
The property is located on the third floor without a lift, a detail not expressly indicated in the description. Be careful if you have problems with disabled people or strollers because the owners proved to be absolutely insensitive to the request for a refund or change of dates, since in our case the free cancellation terms had passed, they were careful not to provide us with an alternative or solution.
We lost money but they proved to be people who truly lacked empathy and respect for the customer.

Nella nostra pagina Booking è espressamente specificato che la struttura è situata al terzo piano senza ascensore, tra l’altro nella sezione “informazioni importanti”. Ci dispiace non aver potuto accettare la sua richiesta di rimborso ad un solo giorno dall’arrivo, in quanto i nostri termini di cancellazione gratuita sono entro 5 giorni dall’arrivo; le consigliamo, per il futuro, di leggere attentamente le descrizioni e le condizioni delle strutture che lei stessa sceglie e prenota, specificando magari la sua disabilità.

Learn to work!
I'll start by saying that I only stayed for 1 night and not 2 because I was forced to leave due to a problem that the owner was unable to manage and indeed, demonstrated little professionalism and education with her behavior. First of all, in the description of the structure on booking it does not appear to be a steep 3rd floor without a lift; only after booking and paying does this feature appear. A week before my stay, I received a message on WhatsApp from one of the owners, Mrs. Alessia, who advised me to cancel the booking on booking to book directly through her, so (the lady writes) that they do not pay the commissions to booking and I can thus save €20 which would have given me a discount. He also sends me a link where, again 1 week before, I should have chosen what to eat.
Upon my arrival I was assigned a room that was separated from the tiny breakfast room by a door that was actually a sliding door, but what was worse (and this is what made me leave) was that in the bathroom of room 4 there is an autoclave which supplies water to the entire structure and consequently when someone uses the water at ANY TIME, it starts making a terrible noise. All night the autoclave was activated NONINTERRUPTED, not letting me sleep for a minute. At 2 in the morning, helpless and destroyed, I called and wrote to the owner who did not respond. The following morning the owner didn't even ask me why I had called or written and practically avoided me. During the disgusting breakfast (4 cross-packaged products) the lady denied that there was a problem and started to get offended by saying that she didn't allow me to criticize "her house" (????) and refused to continue serving me breakfast, denying me the cappuccino that I had requested and which I was entitled to given that I had booked a room with breakfast included. I left the property one night early, asked booking for a refund and am waiting for confirmation from booking. Luckily I found another splendid VOSSIA facility. It should be noted that the lady canceled my second night telling booking that I didn't show up. AVOID THIS PROPERTY LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Accettiamo volentieri critiche e consigli, così da migliorare e offrire un miglior servizio ai nostri futuri ospiti. Il problema della sua recensione è che la maggior parte di quanto scritto NON CORRISPONDE AL VERO: innanzitutto su Booking è specificato che la struttura è situata al 3º piano senza ascensore (le consiglio di leggere bene ciò che prenota la prossima volta). L’autoclave presente in camera non serve l’intera struttura, e si azionava in continuazione per un problema tecnico di cui non eravamo al corrente al momento del suo arrivo e che è stato RISOLTO il pomeriggio stesso del suo check-out (sarebbe bastato far notare il problema con gentilezza ed educazione, cosa che invece è avvenuta aggredendo il personale).
Vi abbiamo proposto un cambio stanza immediato che avete deciso di rifiutare, forse perché non volevate più rimanere dove avevate così tanto mancato di rispetto, e non perché da parte nostra non vi sia stata disponibilità nel risolvere sia la vostra sistemazione che il problema in camera. Risolviamo problemi anche più banali di questi, con prontezza, disponibilità e professionalità nei confronti dei nostri clienti, non neghiamo l’evidenza ma non accettiamo mancanze di rispetto simili a quanto accaduto con le vostre offese e modi poco educati.
I problemi tecnici si possono risolvere, la mancanza di educazione ed umanità un po’ meno…
