The motorcycles and cars sound like they are in the hotel. The noise continued until 2-3 am. Our room was number 1 which faced the street.
We were not offered our money back for the 4 additional days. We had booked a 7 night stay. They said if we had booked directly with the hotel they could have given our money back.
We had to ask for the hotel tub and shower to be cleaned.

Great choice for a Valentine's Day out of town!
The ease of parking is definitely a big plus for a structure located in a historic center; blue stripes or private parking practically 20 meters from the entrance door.
It is located inside an elegant palace and has high ceilings and cement floors that will probably belong to the palace as it was originally.
The information provided by the staff - quick in responding and always super helpful and kind - is accurate and effective and allows you to access self-check-in mode regardless of the time you arrive.
The first thing you perceive when you open the door is a pleasant smell of clean and a warmth that in February makes you immediately feel pampered.
The room we chose was the one with the Jacuzzi; the design that perfectly accords the modernity of the furnishings to the timeless elegance of the floors and ceilings makes the structure really tasteful; the room is equipped with everything; Alexa gives you the opportunity to have music in your room while you relax in the beautiful Jacuzzi.
Coffee maker with capsules and kettle with herbal teas and teas give the opportunity to make a pre-breakfast before checkout by 10.00 am.
There was also a mini jam available which, however, we could not take advantage of because we had not been given toast to eat. Maybe it’s the only thing I would think of adding to the rooms.
Great choice combining comfort, romantic surroundings, and proximity to the city's main attractions.
