Fabulous

We just returned from 2 nights at Canto dei Servi, fabulous ... super .. top location, we were 4 , very large room, clean, brand new bathroom 50 meters from the Duomo in an area full of clubs and restaurants, all can be visited on foot. Convenient... super excellent breakfast, do not think about breakfast at the coffee bar and croassant.... Super breakfast with fruit, yogurt, juice, cappuccino or coffee , a super breakfast. Super recommended.

Beautiful Apartment in the heart of the City !

We were travelling from India, a family of 4, spouses and two teenagers. Florence was our 4th location in Italy. I must say it's an aesthetically done apartment at the heart of Florence. Everything is walkable from here very easily. We loved every bit of our stay here. Though the pantry lacked stove or induction but they had microwave and other kitchen stuff there. So we were able to make maggi and ready to eat stuff there easily. The entire vibe of the place was very positive and host very helpful. We highly recommend this property if in Florence.
We found Florance to be a beautiful charming city wrapped in its pious mediaeval beauty with modern glimpses. You should not miss Florence if traveling to Italy. Michael Angelo Point is a mist visit. Also do have Indian food at Curry Palace in city center. By far the best Indian food in Italy so far.

The Ideal Central guest house

We stayed at the guest house for 4 nights. The room was very comfortable and clean, the bathroom was very clean. Canto dei servi has a lift which is very uncommon in the city center altho it is small, it was very useful to take up the luggage. The staff was super nice and helpful and always a messege or phone call away. I highly recomend this guest house, it is very central and everywere was reachable whithin walking distance.

Although I didn’t need it done, I was so pleased to have someone come to my room and make my bed.
The bed was wonderful and comfy and the air conditioning heavenly! Once I figured everything out, it was great!

The location was excellent and the breakfast was very good. However, the bathroom was quite small—especially the shower. Despite being 5’8” and 65kg, I still felt cramped inside. The water pressure was subpar, leading to long wait times: the hot water ran out after the first shower, forcing the next person to use mildly warm water. Lastly, the bed was excessively firm, causing shoulder pain when sleeping on my side.
