A simply SUBLIME Experience
I was pleasantly surprised to have spent two days at the Sublime B&B in Bari. I reached the facility on foot in peace and through the app I had access to the facility and consequently to the room designated for me. The room was SIMPLY WONDERFUL: TOP cleanliness! Very comfortable bed as well as the pillows. The wall with the flower print, very delicate, goes well with the rest of the clean, essential room equipped with everything you need: tea, storage unit, desk, etc. The touch of class is the shower equipped with chromotherapy lights! Simply relaxing! I felt like I was in heaven! Even the common areas such as the kitchen/breakfast area entrances are always tidy and spotless (as a lover of cleanliness I assure you that this B&B is spectacular). Finally, a reference to breakfast is due: nothing to envy of a hotel breakfast! I would like to point out that due to my work commitment I didn't have the time to have a proper breakfast, however I enjoyed two savory scones and two fresh teas but I would have liked to be able to calmly enjoy all that wonderful fresh fruit, drinks, fruit juices , brioches, pancakes…. What can I say? Heartfelt congratulations to the host of the facility and thank you for your immense kindness and helpfulness

Perceived humidity 100% .
Very damp rooms , towels soaked in moisture and so the sheets , musty smell in the rooms ( we had booked two) we stopped for 2 nights in Bari x a conference and unfortunately we had this discomfort , despite the room was clean and the b & b comfortable to move around the city . Sliding door of a bathroom with a problem nn closed well but nn created difficulties. It’s true that we found a rainy and cold weekend but reading the reviews when we returned (x see if we had happened on the wrong weekend) , I realize that the problem of humidity in the room persists in other periods. We turned on dehumidifier and heating but it 'was little use SHAME ..

Nice converted flat, shame about the absentee owners
Room itself was OK: clean, decently furnished, much-needed aircon, even a few bits and pieces like water bottle, bathroom amenities etc.. The problem was that there was nobody at the property. They kept pestering me with messages asking when I'd arrive (which I found hard to estimate, because Google Maps gave me a wrong walking route that was longer than it needed to be from the ferry port to the hotel, but not being familiar with the streets of Bari, I didn't know if Google knew something about it that I didn't). They gave a number to call, but when I tried, it just made one very long beep and then disconnected. As soon as I got wifi on the ferry, which only worked near the coast, I told them my estimated arrival time via the Booking.com messenger.
And yet why did they even need to know it when they had no plans to be there? They apparently sent me a message when I was getting off the ferry and walking through the town, demanding that I send them a scan of my passport. My phone is a flip phone, it was dead as a doornail because there are hardly any sockets on ferries to charge anything and I wasn't going to get my laptop out in an area like that with all the graffiti and flyposters and dishevelled men walking around with no shoes on, so I didn't see it. I got into the building by sheer luck when two residents of another flat were leaving and I showed them my reservation to prove I had a right to be there, because there's no bell on the outside. When I tried the bell on the apartment door, it went through to the mobile phone of someone demanding the documents that I hadn't known she was going to ask for before my arrival and couldn't send in any case. After an argument, she eventually backed down and let me in. Went for something to eat as I was hungry, then contacted Booking.com to find out what was a secure way to send her a picture of my passport, because it didn't seem to be possible on the site's internal messaging.
Unfortunately, Booking.com used to reply in a timely manner to customers' concerns, but they haven't yet. Told the owners this and they said to send a scan of my passport to their free webmail address. That's not safe (and probably a GDPR breach as I haven't seen any privacy policy for what the B&B owners do with such sensitive data). Told them as much. They told me that someone was coming round to look at my passport, but an hour and a half passed and nobody did. By that time, I'd checked out of my room and had to catch a train. Funnily enough, the owners only told me that in fact nobody could come to the B&B when I'd told them I had to be going. If they're raking in income from 4 rooms in that B&B, most of which accommodate more people than mine, then it's quite likely their income is more than mine, so they can afford to live within easy reach of their work and I don't know why they couldn't get there in time. Now the owners are still hassling me to send a scan of my passport to that unsafe address. I'll do nothing of the kind for reasons already explained, I've complained to Booking.com that there isn't a safe way for guests to show credentials to absentee owners and this whole fiasco has ruined what would otherwise have been a pleasant stay.

We are not here
We stayed at this property only for one night. Driven by the positive reviews we booked. The very small room, just think that the one and a half square bed was attached to the wall, in the side, the non-existent wardrobe just a coat rack. As for breakfast it takes place in a small corner, called a kitchen with a refrigerator where inside is arranged the necessary for breakfast. There is only a small table to lean on and it is insufficient for all guests. We didn't even find a tray to bring breakfast to the room so we had a standing cup of cappuccino. It is located 10/15 minutes walk from the station. Also the owners we have not really seen them ......

Ciao Adele. Hai prenotato presso la nostra struttura guardando soltanto le recensioni o hai anche guardato le fotografie?
Tutte le fotografie, sia Nostre che dei nostri clienti, Rappresentano La realtà Di com'è fatta la nostra struttura. Quindi , nel momento della prenotazione, sapevate benissimo che Avreste soggiornando in Stanze non Molto grandi ( Su booking.com ci sono scritti anche i metri quadri.) ma curate nei minimi dettagli e soprattutto pulite.
Per quanto riguarda i vassoi, Abbiamo sorriso quando abbiamo letto Cosa hai scritto perché, in ogni stanza ne abbiamo lasciato uno, Come si può ben vedere delle fotografie o se visiti anche il nostro profilo Instagram.
Magari se ce l'avessi chiesto, te l'avremmo fatto notare e non ci avresti dato questa recensione.

Anniversary Stay in Bari
Cannot reccomend Sublime enough! Location is just 10 mins walk away from Bari Centrale. Such a cute and nice BandB. Owners are super helpful too as I requested something special for our anniversary and they delivered! Breakfast was great too. Very good option for a nice base in Bari and super clean too. Will definitely recommend ⭐️
