Romano Bari very well

Very spacious room, clean. With a small fridge.
And small inner courtyard.
A Lidl 5 minutes walk. Very convenient.
Very welcome.
Very good restaurant next to Pic Nic

Spartan and nonexistent welcome.

A spartan room with a view of a courtyard with the trash bin.
An owner who was rarely available and did not respond to our messages. We had to call him from outside the hotel to finally get the access code.
A very large room but with very minimal comfort and decoration. Rusty shower accessories.
Good and comfortable bedding and operational air conditioning.
The place is quiet and 40 minutes from downtown on foot and 15 minutes by scooter.

Bad management and complete disappointment

We were looking for last minute accommodation for four people (two adults and two children). We called twice. The first for information and the second to book. On the second call they ask us to send a whatsapp with the reservation data. They reply confirming the price and asking for confirmation. We then confirm the booking by communicating or personal data.
On the day of arrival we call an hour before arrival and they tell us that they have not confirmed our reservation not having sent them any link for payment. Clearly their mistake. Without any excuse they dismiss us saying that this is so and that they can do nothing.
We recommend using the old phone method (I repeat that we spoke twice with the kind hosts) giving all the necessary information instead of just managing everything with messages!

Excellent value for money.

Booked on the same day, the boy was very kind and very nice, the room was well cleaned and arranged.
Excellent value for money, I stayed in the property for 2 nights, the area is very quiet, the sound insulation of the room was excellent. recommended structure.

Very welcoming and clean. The owner is extremely helpful, excellent service, plentiful, delicious and natural breakfast. No parking problems, quiet area and well connected to all directions. I highly recommend.
