Arrogance and rudeness
Breakfast, presented as rich and with fresh produce, turned out to be poor and low quality: only packaged, bad ham and industrial juices. Also on the site was indicated from 8:00 to 10:00, but arrived at the property we were told that it began at 8:30. We kindly asked to be able to advance by only 15 minutes because we had a hike at 9, but we were denied in a bad way. As an “alternative” they left us two dry rusks and a juice in the fridge: a mockery more than a Service.
When I pointed out that a breakfast should at least include fruit, yogurt, sweet, something salty and drinks (as described on their own sites), the owner replied: “everything you request you can find in a 5 star hotel”.
This perfectly sums up the attitude: arrogance, zero availability, zero hospitality. The same owner also dismissed us with a rude “let’s not start on a war footing”, as if asking what was advertised was an absurd claim.
Really rude and arrogant towards paying customers.
The rooms were clean on arrival, but in 3 days the towels were never changed, despite leaving them on the ground as a signal: we even found ourselves the same dirty put back in the bathroom.
We waited 30 minutes for a simple omelet on the last day, as the lady arrived at the last minute. There were 8 of us waiting from 8:30, but breakfast only started at 8:45 because nothing was ready yet, the lady was late.
The omelet arrived even at 9:00, when we had an early departure to respect.
A potentially beautiful structure, but managed with rudeness and total lack of professionalism. If you are looking for Welcoming, Respect and a breakfast worthy of the name, go elsewhere.

huge garden ..but no pool?!
And the sea 15 km (and beyond) away!
a jacuzzi ...but do you have to pay extra for it?!
towels ..pay extra
very simple breakfast ..for great money!
so staying 'at home' for one day is not one of them!
