Très accueillant et super rapport qualité-prix

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour a Dublin avec cet établissement! Très accueillant, lieu simple mais chambre très agréable et bien propre, tout est organisé pour que l'on se sente comme chez soi. Service au top !

Misleading room descriptions—avoid if you need accessibility

I was initially hopeful about this hotel, but the experience was very disappointing. I booked a "Family Room with Private Bathroom," expecting an en-suite. However, the bathroom was actually located outside the room and down a flight of stairs.
This was a major issue as my wife is pregnant and needs frequent, easy access to the toilet. Labeling a detached bathroom as "private" without clarifying it is on a different floor is incredibly misleading. Between the poor customer service and the layout, we will not be staying here again.

Cancellation after 3 month without any comment

3 month ago we booked via booking.com two twin bed rooms during high season in August at B&B St Annes. Now they just cancelled our reservation without any comment, however, on booking.com you are still able to book a single twin bed room for exactly the same period. Now we are forced to find another accommodation for our stay for 4 people and the prices have almost doubled. I am really wondering what which worth a booking confirmations has, when the property can cancel it without any consequences?! I can understand if there are problems with the booking, but 3 month later is a little bit late to realise those and just send out a cancellation!!!

Cancelled Booking With Rubbish Excuse

Booked here for the Spice Girls concert on Friday May 24th and got the confirmation straight away and then 90 minutes later they rang giving some ridiculous excuse about being overbooked which was obviously lies.
As places were charging a premium to stay over the concert we ended up having to fork out alot more money over this and are still livid.
Will never darken this establishment as long as I shall live!!

Muy buen bed and breakfast. Good quality for money.

Como positivo: Nuestra habitación era muy grande y muy bonita. La atención recibida muy correcta. Anderson y Gemma fueron super amables. No está muy céntrico pero la distancia es aceptable. Hay café, té y fruta todo el día para los clientes. Hay secador a disposición de los clientes, se puede dejar el equipaje hasta que vas al aeropuerto, y hay una parada del bus urbano a escasos 5 minutos. Para lo que hay en Dublín, este sitio está fenomenal.
Como negativo: No me gustó nada el sistema de utilización del frigorífico que se encuentra en la cocina. Al ser un hotel pequeño, es comprensible que no haya uno en cada habitación, pero que los clientes se lleven tu comida, o que por errores tu comida acabe en el desayuno para el resto de clientes, no es algo agradable. Esto fue lo único negativo del establecimiento.
