Best hotels for Group Stay

We booked 10 rooms in the hotel in March for a wedding. All the relatives stayed there for three days and had lot of fun. The best part is we did not arrange vans and cars for traveling, all the guests used trains and buses for shopping and visiting places and temples. The hotel staff agreed to deliver food made in our kitchen to our guests. The rooms are well maintained and look brand new. Though rooms prices are little costly, its worth it (They did not provide discounts even for bulk booking...Maybe its because of muhurtham day)...

Very Bad stay

Hi had to stay for 2 night due to no other option. There were insects and bed bugs on the bed. The Quilt was smelling bad and they did not change it. The Bathroom was not the same as shown in the OYO photo.

Good room for stay only

Stayed for one night being close to the Airport. Clean and comfortable bed with a small bathroom. Checked in at 5:45 in the morning and requested for a check out the next day at 7:30, staff said ok but did not inform about being charged extra for the 2 hours. Whilst checking out, INR 200 were added, after much discussion, the charge was taken off. Rest everything with regards to the room and staff is good. Before staying there, note that there is no restaurant in the hotel though restaurants are available around. Railway station to connect to the main cities is at a distance of 150 meters. The rooms are good if you are on a transit visit or short business stay.

Not worth the price.

I had to stay there on an urgent visit for my son's college. The place can never be called a hotel. Only lodging is available. Nothing more. They don't have a restuarant and they took 2000 rupees for one night as advance and said room rent is 1700/- and evrn said 300/- will be returned. But to my surprise they charged me 2100 + tax 420. Basically it can be used as a business traveller.

Very average place

I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights last week. The only reason why I chose this hotel is that it is at a walkable distance from MEPZ in Chennai. That's the only advantage.
I booked this place through oyo.. It's worth if you pay 1000 per night.. Anything more than that is a waste.
What I dint like:
The complimentary breakfast is bad. They buy from the nearby street shop I guess. This place doesn't have a restaurant.
Although it's a clean place, cleanliness can be improved
They cleaned my room only once during my five day stay
Bathroom was too small
Staff were friendly when they talk, but not at all helpful
They don't provide complimentary bottle water. The water they give is just their own filtered water and you are charged for the bottled water
