The location cant be beat, the staff were helpful. The property is private and the rooms are cute and comfy. Does get a bit noisy when the garbage trucks come but that's life in the city.

Very good location, in the heart of Madrid. Spacious and comfortable rooms, newly renovated. A good choice.

Avoid at any cost

Booked as windsor hotel. Same place. Terrible through and through. No wifi in the room, no minibar(there is an empty fridge). You have to walk through restaurant trash to get in the building. The glasses in the bathroom were wrapped in P
plastic, but one was filthy. You have to leave the building to go through the alley to reception. I notified them when I got to my room that the wifi was out, it never got fixed despite repeated requests. Bed was OK, but pillows super thin.

Super recommended

Excellent. Very complete breakfast. super friendly and attentive staff. I had a problem with my backpack that I forgot in the taxi and they managed the return. Super recommended.
