10/10 hotel!
The pool is a small oasis in the Madrid heat, and we also loved the spa with a very new sauna.
The Mercer breakfast was delicious and the service was very attentive to ensure we didn't lack anything.
The hotel staff was super attentive and accommodated all our requests.
Finally, excellent location! Next to the Retiro, and also Cibeles, although the street where it is located is very quiet and without any noise.
Without a doubt a great hotel, to which we hope to return soon!
