Unexpected cool gem downtown Sofia with very cool styling. Get out and you are on the famous main street Vytosha. Tons of restaurants feets away. Definitely booking this one next time

Not to recommend

Worst ever. Not to recommend. Unfriendly receptionist. When asked for a third real bed, we were advised to leave the hotel. Rooms smells terrible, left with a headache. Unfinished renovation. Floor and windows still left like construction site. The third bed is just a worn out couch, you cannot sleep on it. Everything is falling g apart. Not as described. Walls are thin, one can hear everything happening in the other room.

My actual room looked NOTHING like the photos advertised online. The floor was cracked and disgusting (see photo) and I was warned absolutely not to put toilet paper in the toilet or it would overflow. On the plus side, the bathroom itself was clean, and the hot water did come on eventually, after waiting a long time. I would not stay here again.

The service was excellent; All staff were very helpful.
The room looked great and was very clean.
The location is superb, right in the city center, making it very convenient for travelers.

Good location, bad hotel.

Apart from its excellent location and cleanliness, everything else is low-grade. There are hours of service at the reception that are recommended only, there was never anyone there even during the famous hours.
Her face on WhatsApp also responded after a long time.
So if you need help booking a taxi or checking out a particular attraction, not through them.
There's hardly any hot water, it takes them a long time to get there, they don't really boil and are enough for a short shower. So if you're more than one person, it greatly prolongs the time to organize.
The third bed in the room is a thin sofa that I would never let a 5-year-old sleep on.
You're left with a one-minute towel as a man's paper, a roll of toilet paper.
And not renewing or adding unless you put a sign asking for it on the door.
There is no safe in the rooms and no place to leave luggage.
There is no elevator so it should be taken into account if there is equipment (one floor)
