This was a nice place to sleep. That is all I needed it for.
Pool and hot tub open til midnight.
Pizza oven available in lobby to use.
Only inconvenience was staff was short on keys and could only give us one.

We made this reservation days in advance and we show up to be told there is no reservation. After providing my itinerary number they found our room, and had given it to a family with a different last name, same first name. We stood at the desk for greater than one hour trying to find a solution as they were sold out, like other hotels in town. We were assured our card was not on hold for that room. We left to go have dinner and when we returned they had our room. We were told we would not be charged. Completed our check in and finally got in our room after 11pm. No remote in the room for the tv, so my husband went to the desk and they already knew why he was there. They knew there was no remote but didn't bother to fix it before we went to room. They then had my husband go take a remote from another room, (yea, we thought they were sold out?) When we went to check out in the morning no one was at the desk so we waited 20 minutes and then left. Continue with our trip and find not only were we charged, we paid the whole amount, on the card that was on hold for the booking that we never presented at the desk. So it was in fact tied to the room in the beginning. The hotel was nice, some minor upkeep issues, but would not recommend.

First of all, this is our fifth year coming here in the summer for a one week vacation on Green Lake with the boat. The first three years it was quite memorable, clean and good breakfast. Last year we seen it going downhill a bit. But we thought we’d try again this year. We stayed five days here the towels smelled the couch. Had a big stain on it. Air conditioner would go on and off every 30 seconds or so. Breakfast…… Wasn’t even edible. Eggs were soaking in water the sausage look like it was microwaved. They were gray sausage links.. Very sad to say after five weeks of vacation stay we will not be coming back here anymore. And trust me when I say this, I’m not looking for a Hilton or a Marriott. We chose the roadside to be cozy in the save some money.

Worst and grossest hotel I ever saw. We left within an hour and found a much better place. It smelled, things were broken, there were stains all over and hair in our sheets. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. They have refused to give me a refund, on top of all of this. REGRETS!

Good Location for Oshkosh Airshow

We booked this hotel to stay at for the Oshkosh airshow as even at a year out things were sold out in Oshkosh. It was only about a 20 minute drive from the hotel to the airfield (much faster than staying in Appleton). The hotel was quiet, clean, the staff was very nice (Gavin in particular was amazing). The room and bathroom were clean, no issues. The only bad experience we had was on the second day the breakfast was really lacking (ex cereal but no milk, cream cheese but no bagels, no spray for waffle machine so it was destroyed with burnt waffle and couldn't be used). But the first morning and last morning the breakfast was perfect. I think they just got overwhelmed by the amount of people for the airshow. I would stay here again when coming for the airshow.
