Room was clean with comfortable beds. Staff brought extra bedding upon request. Drinks were reasonable at the casino. My wife and I played blackjack for a couple hours and only lost a little but we still had fun. Food was very good at asian fusion.

Play Don't Stay!

Would travel from Maryland to Bally's for the pretty consistent offers. I get they're based on play but to go from $75, to $35 in free slot play, to $15 in free bets isn't worth the trip. My last trip was for my birthday so stayed over using comp. The rooms are shameful! The furniture and curtains were badly stained, and now they have the nerve to charge a resort fee. Nothing about filthy furniture, people living in the parking lot, or running illegal operations out of the rooms, google it, says resort. Understand it's a business but put some of the money into the rooms. In addition to paying dealers, some of my favs have gone to Delaware Park. Do better!

Rooms were large, but somewhat dated.
A used towel was left clearly left in error in the bath, but overall -everything else was very well cleaned.
Staff was helpful.
We requested, and got, adjoining rooms, making our stay more pleasant.

The room was well appointed with desk, chair, refrigerator. In the morning however we found the fridge had frozen my husbands disbetes medication. Uh, oh. The bathroom was big and the shower was nice and hot with full power. Nice! Too bad there was only one face cloth for the two of us. Shampoo and shower gel were provided….great. But now the hair dryer doesn’t work. I wish there had been some written materials in the room….like welcome, where ice is located and other amenities in the hotel or things in the area. We were not there to gamble but spend the night on our way south and figured this would be a quality experience. It actually was minus a few bumps.

Very disappointing stay. We chose this hotel expecting a smoke-free environment, but woke up early to an extremely strong marijuana odor coming through the vent. The odor was overwhelming, made me sick, triggered a severe headache, and prevented me from going back to sleep.
I attempted to contact the front desk, but no one answered. I respectfully ask management to take this concern seriously and ensure the smoke-free policy is consistently enforced. Guests should be able to expect a clean, comfortable, and smoke-free environment during their stay.
