Nice desk personnel brought up towels for us. So not a huge problem.

We assumed that maybe it was just in that room and it came from the previous person who stayed there. Everything seemed fine with the new room but we decided to keep our bag closed just in case. We went to sleep and once we woke up noticed a dead roach on the floor.
We went down stairs and checked out immediately. The guy at the front desk apologized and said that we would need to go through Hotels.com if we wanted a refund for the remaining nights that we paid for (we hadn't even asked for a refund at the point).
Once we left I waited a few hours before contacting Hotels.com because I was waiting for a confirmation email from this hotel to show that we left early (it did come come until 2 days later).
We are currently waiting to hear back from Hotels.com on a refund for the lost days. We submitted photos of the roach infestation to the site. I would not recommend someone to stay here.

Experience was very disappointing
When we first checked in, the room had a slight odor, but we tried to overlook it. However, once we got into bed, we realized the sheets and comforter had a strong, unpleasant smell. I contacted the front desk, and they provided clean linens, which I appreciated. After changing the bedding ourselves, the smell was still very noticeable. Upon further inspection, it became clear that the odor was coming from the mattress itself, which smelled strongly of urine. At that point, it was late, and we had no real option but to sleep on the pull-out sofa for the night.
The next day, we were moved to a different room and were told the original room had to be taken out of service because of the issue. While I’m glad it was addressed, it was concerning that this was not caught by housekeeping beforehand.
I requested to speak with a manager about the situation and was told I would receive a call on Monday. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up.
Overall, this was not a good experience, especially considering the cost of the stay. The lack of quality control and follow-up from management was disappointing. I hope the hotel takes steps to improve housekeeping inspections and customer service moving forward.
