A lovely clean room. When the dockets didn’t work in the room the staff were very helpful and quickly moved me. Good breakfast, cooked to order so nice and fresh.
Loved that there was decent coffee in the rooms and a place to help yourself to biscuits, tea and coffee 😊

Carpet on stairs run down. No fridge in the bedroom. Limited parking available.
Breakfast very good and restaurant staff very friendly and helpful.

A lovely hotel in leafy grounds

Welcoming check in. A one night stay. The grounds are beautiful. There are a few steps up from the car park to the reception area. Our room was a double and whilst the room itself was quite small it had everything we needed including a nespresso machine and a top up station along the corridor to get extra supplies if needed. The bathroom was large with a super walk in shower. All spotlessly clean. We had views overlooking the leafy grounds. We had dinner from a menu with plenty of choice. The twice cooked cheese soufflé was memorable. Service was friendly. A good nights sleep and a freshly cooked breakfast, where the young staff were excellent. Would definitely stay again.

Nice boutique hotel in the University of Sheffield grounds. Warm welcome, comfortable room. Tasty food both in the restaurant and the breakfast room. Cooked breakfast to order. Nice touch of the additional tea, coffee pod, biscuits and treats available

Stayed here for a long weekend so we could visit some of the great towns in the Peak District. This was a fantastic find. The hotel is very clean and presentable and all the staff were very polite and professional. Nice touch with the extra treats in the corridors and fridges/coffee machines in the rooms. The only slight thing to mention was the small choice items for a continental breakfast, however this was amply made up with the cooked breakfast options which was very tasty indeed.
I will not hesitate to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.
Well done to all the staff who help make this a true gem.
