Very central

Great Location.
Night we stayed was change over from owners. Lovely former owner checked us in to comfy cosy reasonably priced room. Excited for new owners to the fun they will have.

Need renovation

Travel Agency booked hotel in Peterhead, and this was a bad experience.
Very old hotel,that is in need of renovation.
Why they booked me to this place,is a mystery. Hotel closed when i arrived, but got contact after 2 hours.
Friendly lady gave me the key, and apologised for the situation. Longue and bar were closed (for renovation), and they had s new owner.

Thank you for a lovely meal at The Albert Hotel.

My husband and I went for an early supper on Saturday and it was excellent. Very good menu selection. Very friendly and attentive staff. We both had a starter and a main course, we didn't have a sweet but did have coffee and fudge mmm. Will be going back again soon. Delicious!!!!

Older Property, Great Hospitality.

The Albert is an old property but the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, bed comfortable and water hot. These things, for us, are mandatory. We did not expect breakfast boxes in our room and were most happy to receive them. Breakfast is cereal, juice, yoghurt, cheese & biscuits and freshly cut fruit. More than adequate. On the second morning we even had a cheese sandwich which we saved for lunch! Wonderful to have tea and coffee making facilities too. WiFi was good and the hotel is quiet. We sat in the bar on the second evening and then had a delicious chicken and ginger soup for dinner in the restaurant area. Very reasonable prices. The hotel is within walking distance to the main shops and cafes. Parking is on the street out front and we had no issues with it. Thank you for a comfortable stay and the wee treat on checkout. Most unexpected.

Lovely food

I have been here 3 times in last month.Twice with my husband and once with friends. The food has been delicious. Prices are very competitive and service was good. Recommend Fish and chips,prawn cocktails steak,Haddock mornay and desserts are lovely. Wine prices very reasonable.Nice little bar for after dinner.
