Run from this biohazard!
This was the most disgusting g place I’ve ever stayed! Filthy and full of black mold. Everything g smelled of smoke from the manager. The shower was collapsing and when the toilet was no longer working no one responded to calls or texts for repair. We left early because it was so bad. Additionally, upon arrival, the manager indicated that we had made in error in our booing and had only booked for two adults. We had to pay extra for the children, however, he wanted that in “cash only” despite just getting ready to run the payment for the room.

WHY ARE THEY STILL OPERATING
False advertising ran by con artists... please please read the disappointing reviews before booking.
I feel embarrassed about staying at this cold and damp mouldy apartment, why is it still being advertised on booking.com?
If I was offered a free night I still would refuse to stay!

Nightmare
This the worst experience not clean no health and safety
The room It’s completely different as shown in booking
The room is in the basement damp smelly
No one you can talk to or complain
I spoke to the person who is dealing with the reservation of this rooms his name is Tahir He was keeping lying to sort something out but he was just buying time
We Never return there.

Would not stay again
Booked this place because of location and pictures of the place looked decent. Upon arrival we had to call the number provided to say that we had arrived so they could come and let us in. We were told to stand outside the address. Someone then came out of the building opposite the address 10 minutes later guiding us into this building instead.
Our room was in the basement. We were greeted by a disgusting smell as we entered downstairs. This musty smell was present throughout our 2 night stay.
The room was tired and very basic. We had booked for 3 people however there was only a double bed in the room. The guy explained that the other bed was in the room next door however the people from that room were out so he would have to wait until they were back to get it for us. This should have been sorted before our arrival. Luckily when we arrived back that night to the room the bed was there however the duvet and sheets on it did not smell fresh and as if they have been used by others and not washed.
We then also discovered bugs crawling all over the floor in the room. The bathroom was opposite the room. You had to go into the hallway to get to the bathroom. The bathroom although it was modern was basic and you could tell it had not been completed properly. It also had bugs crawling on the floor. During the night we could hear other people using our bathroom even though this was meant to be just for our use.
The guy who introduced us to our accommodation was nice but also lives in the room down the hallway which was a bit weird. Upon entry to the hallway there were suitcases and belongings and this did not make it feel like apartments but more like shared accommodation.
The place is in a great location as right next to tube station and an M&S. However we would not stay here again for the price and the poor quality.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!
I can not reiterate please for your safety do not stay here. My self and my partner booked to stay here for three nights. We did not last 30 minutes!!!
I will have added photos to this review so please go and check them out to show I am not over exaggerating.
On arrival the room had a bad smell of dampness and it created a thick disgusting smell. This made myself and my parter find id difficult to breath. The floor were full of dirt, dust and hairs. The floor were stick when walked on. The walls had dust and staines. Some screws were sticking out. The furniture was stained and had chips. The bedding was disgusting. It has some sort of dirt over it with stuff we can't explain. The mattress has a red unhygienic stain. The drawers has stained and fallen off screws. The window sill had glass left on it. The air vent was dust and full of dirt and wasn't in use. (Please look at pictures) The full place form top to bottom was dirty and dusty. The smell was awful and he floors were just not acceptable.
We had e-mailed asking for check in from 1pm as we were going to be in London earlier and this was agreed. We arrived around 3PM as our flight was delayed. We got there and I called the number provided on Booking.com and a gentlemen answered. He said he's contact the women inside and get her to come out and get us. We waited 15 minuted and no show. I called the guy back and he said he'd call her again. We waited another 15 minutes before she showed. The lady didn't introduce her self and expected us to just follow her. Once on arrival she just gave minimum conversation saying she needed card and ID. She had taken a picture on her own personal phone. She had taken us to our room and it was not ready she said we can leave out luggage but we had to leave until room was clean. So we had to come back after 4PM. Once we arrived the first time is when I saw the red stain reason from looking into that.
Customer service was horrific, unprofessional and bad manners. Apartment room, unsafe and not liveable. Dangerous and disgusting.
