Perfect central london stay

Perfect hotel for Hyde Park. Quiet street, air conditioning and comfy beds. The staff are so lovely and were even kind enough to provide complementary breakfast!

All right.

We first got room 51, which is definitely not recommended. It needs a solid upgrade. The room was not properly cleaned etc. in addition.
However, after a little while and we got to switch to another room in a slightly newer part. Totally curant room for short stay. Small rooms, cleaned fine (but could be even more thorough) and newer aircon here.
Most of the people we talked to who work there were very nice and therefore land at 3.
Location attracts very much.

Will definitely stay again

I was a little apprehensive before arriving because I’d read some mixed reviews, but our experience couldn’t have been better. We originally booked a room with two single beds, but the hotel kindly upgraded us to a much larger room with two double beds and a single bed, which was perfect for our family and gave us plenty of space for our pushchair.
The room and bathroom were both spotless, the air conditioning worked brilliantly, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived.
For a 3-star hotel, we thought it was excellent value for money. We had a really enjoyable stay and would happily book here again.
We stayed here because my husband had an appointment on the other side of Hyde Park and it was a really good location close to everything we walked up to Oxford Street

It’s a cheap deal for a reason , and it still won’t be cheap enough - avoid

Whilst the room was cheap - sub £100 for the night (single room), it isn’t cheap enough to make that worthwhile.
Tiniest room and shower cubical I’ve ever seen and everything felt cheap and nasty. Wires visible leading to the air con unit , paint work touched up by Stevie Wonder, as paint was all over the spot lights and sockets. Just bad. Curtains are as thin as tracing paper. No matter how cheap it might be, stay elsewhere - avoid
