Excellent B & B

Stayed for only one night - but this an excellent well presented B & B with caring & sociable hosts. The barn is ideally located on the North Downs Way. Room / Breakfast excellent

Fabulous

What a fabulous find. Warm welcome and a beautiful place. Anything you needed was provided or could be. The room was massive. Shower great. Towels lovely and soft. Even a mini fridge on the landing to keep your wine chilled!! Beautifully decorated and very comfortable.
Breakfast had great choices and was delicious.
Definitely recommend.

Truly wonderful B&B

Booked at very short notice due to family emergency and was absolutely delighted
with this wonderful B&B . The hosts were amazing , the accommodation absolutely excellent and the breakfast as good as any 5 star hotel that we have stayed in . I can only say a big thank you to Alison and her husband for making a very stressful family time as relaxing and relaxing as it could be .

Perfect!

Arrived and was greeted with a warm welcome the property is amazing, showed to a outstanding room, had a great nights sleep in an amazing bed, breakfast was perfect! nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend 100%.
Will definitely use again when down on business going forward.

Amazing hidden treasure

Our stay at North Down Barns in Cuxton was an absolute treat! The barn are a stunning mix of rustic charm and modern comfort, with beautiful exposed beams and cozy, well-designed spaces that instantly make you feel at home.
The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of the Kent countryside. Whether you’re heading out for a scenic walk or just soaking up the peaceful surroundings, it’s the perfect spot to unwind. And the breakfast? Incredible! Fresh, locally sourced ingredients that made every morning feel special.
Our hosts Alison and Paul were wonderful, welcoming, friendly, and always happy to share tips for exploring the area. Their attention to detail really made our stay feel personal and memorable.
If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with great food, stunning views, and a warm atmosphere, North Down Barns is a place you’ll want to come back to again and again.
