Pleasant comfortable stay
Premier Plus room worth the extra £10 although didn't need to use the air-conditioning. Wifi awkward as the code needed is emailed after check in and you need the Internet. Breakfast quite good in the restaurant, really needs a separate bar area. Plenty of free parking. Friendly man on reception when checking in but female member of staff very abrupt and rude at checkout, not interested in customer service.

Taken over by tech that is not working for the customer. Will not return
Machine check . Parking ticket as machine did not work, 100 pounds.

getting too pricey to eat there
stayed here for 2 nights the room was clean and comfortable ,this hotel not have air con so would have been very hot in the recent heatwaves ,also they have done away with the onsite pub ,looked at the menu before hand online there wasn't anything i wanted plus there were no prices ,at the hotel there's a menu in the room ,very very expensive ,as a solo traveller this isn't good,looks like premier inn are only interested in corporate customers not the normal man in the street for this reason may not go back

Fantastic stay
recently stayed at Premier Inn Burnley and wanted to say what an excellent experience I had, thanks to the outstanding customer service from the team.
In particular, I'd like to recognise Tom, who was working in the restaurant. He went out of his way to make sure I was served in time despite my work schedule and gave some excellent recommendations from the menu. Nothing was too much trouble, and his friendly, professional attitude made a real difference after a long day.
I'd also like to thank Sydney on reception. I had multiple bookings, and Sydney made every effort to keep me in the same room throughout my stay. That saved me the inconvenience of having to move rooms and made the whole trip much easier. It was a simple gesture that showed genuine care for the customer.
Both Tom and Sydney are a real credit to Premier Inn. Their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to go the extra mile made my stay a genuinely enjoyable one. Please pass on my thanks and appreciation to them—they're a great example of excellent customer service.

Disappointed
We were staying to do the Yorkshire 3 peaks. The room was comfy but air con went off in the night, the fan in the bathroom was very noisy and did not go off unless we took the keycard out. Only 1 tea bag for 2 of us and room cleaning was on request which we didn’t realise. With no way of drying towels this was not ideal. We had booked the restaurant but they had no chips or rice so abandoned that idea and went elsewhere. I stayed here before when it had a pub instead of the restaurant I remember this having a much better atmosphere. I found the restaurant cold and more like a canteen.
