Not impressed

Dirty cold room. The radiator was full of seeable dust. Wallpaper peeling off.
Items that were left by previous guest, included opened pack of cigarettes, underwear, newspaper.
Also toiletries which were used and left out. It stated the room provided toiletries, i didnt expect the last guests toiletries.
Slippery wet walkway into the rooms, very dangerous.

The sheets were not changed from previous guests as crumbs on sheets and dirty marks

No hairdryer in room as stated and when tried to find owner, was nowhere to be seen. Dirty unchanged sheets. Would never stay again, very loud noise from outside. The conditioner in the bathroom was water and not the real thing. Parking is an issue, paid £30 for the night

Awful experience

We booked and prepaid for the Easter weekend. When we arrived, the outdoor area was still in renovations and no one was available to check us in. A bartender let us in but said they did not have anything to do with the accommodation. We were told that food would be available as barbecue but there was no food available that night. The back gate from the bar was left open and we could could not lock our door using the key properly. There was only cold water on the Friday and when we finally got through to the manager on Saturday afternoon, he said he would have it checked. We ran the shower for 20 minutes and only got lukewarm water. We called him back as no one came and it went to voicemail twice. We decided to checkout early due to this. After checking out, he called us to tell us that there was hot water and that ‘customers are not always right’. He basically told us that we were not being honest and hang up on us. He then messaged us the attached. His response is so rude and unprofessional as you can see. It was the worst customer service I have ever had.

VERY BAD

save your money it was not whats advertised health and saftey issues with building works gojng on and its just a dsrk dingy garden shed the host was nowhrr to be found when we arrived to check if the rundown for sale building was correct hotel we booked then it went bad to worse save your mobey and go elsewhere for no hassle

Save your money and don’t bother garden shed

Garden shed in the back of a beer garden.
Don’t waste your money.
It was cold and dirty, mould on the pillow cases, pubic hair in the bedding, dirty bedding like it hadn’t seen a washing machine for weeks.
When we tried to speak to the manager to say we’re were not staying he just walked off and was not seen again.
We then had to go book another hotel.
