A pleasant stay

2nd time staying at this hotel. We had 2 rooms opposite each other. Clean & comfortable. Had a great sleep.
We didn't eat there but did have one drink in the evening. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Lovely stay

Went with my sister to meet up with my daughter. Smooth check in staff friendly. The room was clean and tidy and breakfasts were good . No complaints whatsoever. Would stay here again .

Awful hotel

Awful place.windows don't open they have air conditioning but you don't always want that on fresh air you need .breakfast not good at all had to look for staff to get another bath towel only one put out for 2 people you have to go searching for staff its spot the staff game.you have to live out if your suitcase poxy little wardrobe if you can call it that

Pleasant stay

Convenient location for visiting friends and family - with Waitrose next door.
The staff were all very pleasant and busy, but Richard and Stacey were outstanding - really both friendly and efficient. No issues with check in or out. Guests throughout the hotel were polite and cheerful.
Will hopefully, return next year!

When asking for an iron, they were unavailable and an it took 2nd request overnight to source one!
We had a large group and went to enjoy our breakfast and we're meet with the most inconsiderate, rude and inhospitable Attendant at the Lobby restaurant. The service was atrocious through out the meal. We had to push 2 tables together our ourselves accommodate the group to eat togther, as we had all come from all over the world to attend this wedding and wanted to eat as a family. When we left, this attendant came out point and calling for us in the middle of the busy lobby to come back and separate the tables. It made us feel extremely unwelcoming and was embarrassing. We had no desire to eat there at all or drink at the bar after this altercation. Luckily there are Bars and Restaurants at your doorstep that are more then happy to have you dine with them!
The same attitude was shown when asking for a simple room service request!
Honesty one of the worst stays I have ever had in the UK! I have my ideas on why we were meant with this attitude, as we noticed a difference in service for other guests! I think worst part is that Premier Inn doesn't really care when talking to customer care or Management on site!
