Grand Dior sijaitsee kohteessa Yakkasaroyn piiri lähellä lentokenttää ja lähellä metroasemaa. Great pet-friendly hotel
We stayed at the Grand Dior Hotel in Tashkent and were very satisfied. The hotel is clean and cozy, the rooms are well cleaned. The staff is polite, attentive and always available to help.
Breakfasts were particularly enjoyed - a large selection of dishes and drinks for all tastes. Breakfast costs about $15, and it fully justifies its price.
The hotel offers excellent views, making the stay even more enjoyable. Also a great advantage is that it is allowed to stay with pets, which is very convenient for travelers with pets.
We recommend the Grand Dior Hotel to anyone looking for comfortable accommodation in Tashkent with good service and delicious breakfasts. ✨

Comfortable rooms and welcoming staff. Disappointing spa facilities.
The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, and the bathroom was large, modern, and beautifully designed.
I would also like to thank the hotel for accommodating my early check-in request for only half of the daily rate. After a long international journey, this made a huge difference, and I really appreciated the flexibility.
The breakfast was good, with a reasonable selection of food, although I wouldn't describe it as exceptional.
Finally, I would like to highlight the friendliness and politeness of all the staff. From the moment I arrived until I checked out, everyone was welcoming and always willing to help.
What I didn't like:
I chose the Grand Dior mainly because of its wellness facilities, including the spa, hammam, sauna, swimming pool, and massage services. Before making my reservation, asked about the massages, and they kindly sent me a price list with the different treatments available. This was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel.
The day before my arrival, I requested an early check-in and asked to book a massage for the following day. To my surprise, I was told by email that the hotel did not offer massage services. This was disappointing, especially considering the information I had received before making my reservation.
When I visited the spa, I was even more disappointed. The hammam and sauna were unavailable, and parts of the swimming pool were still unfinished. The area did not feel like a spa or a wellness centre at all, which was unfortunate, as it had been one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel.
Although the staff were always kind and eager to help, it was clear that many team members are still inexperienced and would benefit from additional training. As this is a relatively new hotel, there is still room for improvement and I hope the facilities and service will soon match the standard that is advertised. But, they have a long way to go.

Highly recommended hotel, nice area, worth the price, amazing staff
We especially liked the room — it was spacious, nicely decorated, had a balcony, and featured a large bathroom.
The hotel also has a great breakfast area on the rooftop terrace with beautiful views over the city. The breakfast offered a rich variety of food, including fruits, hot and cold dishes, sweets, snacks, and many other options. In the evening, the same rooftop area becomes a restaurant. The food there is more European-style rather than traditional Uzbek cuisine.
Another nice feature is the SPA area with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, hammam (Turkish bath), and both wet and dry saunas. The only minor downside was that the pool and sauna water felt a bit too cold at around 27°C.
Special thanks and appreciation go to the staff, who were exceptionally kind and helpful — especially Azizbek from the reception and Maloxat from housekeeping. They handled our somewhat delicate request with genuine care, dedication, and a very personal approach. We are truly grateful for their help.
We will definitely stay at the same hotel again when we return to Tashkent.

The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options, making every morning enjoyable. The atmosphere of the hotel is amazing — you will truly feel a sense of luxury and comfort throughout your stay.
I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone looking for a pleasant and memorable experience.

Rest in Uzbekistan, at the Grand Dior Hotel!
I liked the Grand Dior Hotel at the booking.
We ordered, from the first minute of being in the hotel felt the warmth and care of the staff.
Beautiful breakfasts, beautiful city views, from the restaurant.
Nice spa area.
We have a travel company for many years, so we are well acquainted with the intricacies of hotels.
Definitely recommended.
