Dingy, dark - more like a communist guest house
Hotel is 3 floors, no elevator.
Breakfast is more of a joke than a meal - limited, tired and not particularly wholesome or delicious.
Hotel is a little away from the center, nothing to see or do in the vicinity.
WiFi works only in the lobby.
This hotel needs substantial investment and proper experienced management.
Clearly a relic of bygone days.

SImple nothing special
It is also a bit hard to find the property and we had an issue with the taxi to find the hotel as well (maybe it is newly opened).
Rooms are small but cozy.
Breakfast is poor compared to the other hotels in Uzbekistan. Nothing much to offer.
There was a bar but doesn't serve alcohol.
Definitely not more than 2 star for me.
