Above average

Good but far from perfect.We enjoyed the location,which is close to the center and to the lake.Disadvantages :the stairs to the upper room were so narrow that we alwaysfeared someone will broke his/her neck, and also wifi disconnected very often

OK

Good location near the centre of activities (lake, town center, shops and restaurants), nice to have a free parking and free wi-fi, apartment could be more clean. I would just like to tnak the ownwer who sent me documents that I have forgot in the appartment.

Good location, nice room, nice staff

It is in one of the best locations of Heviz, very close to main street but not directly hit by traffic. Lake is a few minute walk.
Staff is very helpful.
Rooms are OK although pretty hot in the top ones during summer.
Elevator is out of service too often which is bad news for eolder people. Owner should return some money into maintenance (elevator, some damaged walls, etc).
They have their own free parking place, but sometimes it is hard to park in there due to lazy-parking drivers.
In general the place is much worth its price.

Adatto per una notte di passaggio

Comodo, a cinque minuti a piedi dal centro del paese e a dieci minuti a piedi dal lago. Parcheggio del condominio fronte strada e altri parcheggi a pagamento vicini. A due passi da una piazzetta con vari locali. Cucina attrezzata bene.
Il nostro appartamento per sei persone e costruito su due livelli era all'ultimo piano con un terrazzo condiviso con un altro appartamento. Il terrazzo sul tetto sporco. Il divano letto per la quinta/sesta persona l'abbiamo dovuto preparare noi. Bagno stretto senza basi d'appoggio.

Нам понравилось!

Прекрасно расположен. Пешком - не в гору! - до рынка 5 минут, до супермаркета столько же., до купальни на озере - 10 минут. Буквально за углом - бьюти-спа-комплекс Зена. За другим углом = отель Карбона со своим спа-комплексом. Стоянка при отеле бесплатная. В номере была площадка на крыше - очень удобно!
