Amazing hotel

When you plan a trip to Dnipro, choose the Light House hotel, it is one of the best hotels! All brand-new, top level in terms of cleanliness, friendliness and service!
Very nice and luxury rooms, perfect breakfast with all you need. Dark bread, ham, eggs, cheese, fresh fruits and great coffee! 5* from my side and very close to the city center and the river.

The worst service I have ever had in hotel

There is no soundproofing between the rooms (possibly due to the door in the wall between the rooms). I could perfectly hear the TV and the neighbors' conversations, although they were not loud, which kept me awake all night. I went to the reception at night, the reception refused to help solve the problem in any way. I asked to speak to the administrator/manager of the hotel - she did not leave her office in the morning and did not call me back during the day (as agreed) to solve the problem. In the evening, when I returned, the manager was no longer there, but the administrator said that the manager was very busy and had a lot of work. The next day I called the administrator back myself - they literally told me that they did not care, they would neither change the room nor make any compensation, that I could not come to the hotel again if I did not want to. This is my last visit to this hotel. I do not recommend it.

Hotel bad hair day

Quick and efficient check in - tiny spotless clean room. Badly designed, no closet, no room for laptop, not enough outlets for charging.
This day there was a function at the restaurant - it was therefore closed to guests and the levels of noise and music through the whole hotel prevented sleep. Room service took 90 minutes to deliver. On top of that the single lift stopped working, resulting in climbing down and up the fire stairs outside the hotel, at a temperature of - 3 C.
Very friendly staff.

Our rooms of absolutely any category are equipped with all minimal amenities and there are definitely wardrobes in all rooms.
Yes, on this day, for technical reasons, the elevator did not work, we made every effort to solve this moment.
We apologize for this situation.
Also, on this day, an event was held in our restaurant and therefore, all orders from the restaurant's kitchen were prepared a little longer than usual. Our waiters warned about this in advance.
We apologize for not being able to provide a comfortable stay at our hotel.

Fresh new

Location is difficult to find, and is on the hill which caused difficulty to get there by iced road. Rooms are fresh designed, nice bathroom. Difficult to understand how to operate TV but there were instruction. Breakfast is poor, not enough and not very fresh.

We are located at: st. Ivan Akinfiev, 30A is a new 17-storey building, and we are located on the first 4 floors. We have a sign that can be seen even at night.
You may not have noticed us. In this case, we would recommend calling our administrators and they would carefully help you.
Regarding breakfasts, we will pass on all your comments to our chef. But we would like to add that all breakfasts are prepared from under a knife.

Convenient location, good restaurant, friendly service, courteous and responsive staff

Their most valuable asset is the people, particularly reception and front office managers. They try hard to accommodate you special needs. Everything in the hotel is brand new as it has been open for just over a week.
