This isn't my first stay, and I'm choosing Artes again because I was very satisfied.

The hotel was clean and safe, the rooms were very clean and spacious, the food was amazing, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend it, I'm definitely saying Artes!

Negligence

Good day, we chose this hotel for a one-night stay. We came for our wedding anniversary, and we specifically chose it because it has a restaurant.
When we asked about the room price over the phone, they gave us one price, and when we arrived, they gave us a different price. I think that was the first mistake. I'm in the hotel business myself, so I took it as normal, but what happened afterwards...?
Secondly, there was no guest relations; nobody greeted us, nobody gave us any information about the hotel, we went up to our room ourselves, nobody accompanied us.
As for the restaurant section, we came expecting an à la carte restaurant, but the presentations were more like a kebab shop. The picture showed tenderloin meat with boiled vegetables, but what arrived was a dish of bulgur with onions and zucchini – it was not pleasant at all.
The terrace area resembled the smoking area in the shopping mall; it lacked attention to detail, the tables and chairs were very simple, and there was absolutely no elegance.
I won't even mention the cheese platter that came with the wine; it was no different from the cheese platter you get for breakfast.
In short, a disappointment…

Unnecessarily expensive and not worth it.

Is it fair to charge 10,000 for a family room? This hotel is very opportunistic and definitely doesn't deserve this price. It's a regrettable stay.

Heartful Approach +Professional service = Quality

I went to Artes Hotel with my parents. Simply great. The lady in Crete makes her work legendary with her smile, courtesy, and most importantly, her sincerity. This was our first trip, but we felt right at home. Everyone was very kind and friendly .I think it was a rare place that was combined with professionalism and sincerity. The cleanliness was very good. Breakfast was quality. It was not made for nothing. When we went to Hatay, we made sure where to stay. Thanks endlessly to everyone who browsed. Happy to meet you

of travelers always ask about your stay here

I'm nervous with my own money and the guys at the reception every time I walk through the hotel asking you are staying in Burdami Mr. They say you are parking the security car here you are parking in Burdami I'm staying ashamed of my own money I'm staying as if there were a week of attitudes like this hotel in the whole world I'm staying in more than a hundred times my prison and I'm staying in more than four and five twin rooms than I've been in my prison, so I don't need to tell me every time I have my room number in the coffee hall.
