I want to come back here!!!

The reception is staffed by nice girls serious Irina and charming Sultan. We arrived at 23 hours. It was very tightly fed. They're roomed in. NO lifts!!! At first the room was on the 4th floor overlooking a quiet street. Then they gave it over the dining room overlooking the pool. It was also quiet! The bus to the beach is very colorful with its driver! He dances, smiles, is friendly to everyone. It's a half-hour drive to lunch, so sometimes it's off schedule. On the bus, there was always the possibility of leaving: sitting, standing. The sunbeds were always there. Going into the sea is great. The food is good, especially the scones. Fish, chicken, always had enough. There were queues of five minutes from the start of work. The staff is polite and smiley. The general atmosphere is great. There were downsides that were absorbed by a lot of upsides. Ready to come again!

Disaster

Last year we loved going to Side Yeşilöz Hotel, but this year it was a huge disappointment. How can a hotel change so much in just one year? Our 4-day holiday turned into pure torture. Everyone in two families got diarrhea. It was a complete disappointment, never again.

Terrible hotel!! Niza, don't take the tour here.

Holidaying with their daughter on July 10-16, 2026, the problems started immediately. Booked room standard with balcony. On the day of check-in, they said that now there is a room with only one bed (economy), but it is only for one night, tomorrow you can change the room if you do not like this one. We didn't like it - in fact the room turned out to be 15 squares, with one bed by 1.4 m (roughly measured), it felt like a room for one. The next day we were refused a replacement room, there were many excuses in broken Russian, and a bunch of guests came from three or more people, rooms with separate beds gave them, etc.
The hotel itself has many buildings of 3 floors, and the elevator was only in one, staircases everywhere metal, like firemen.
The room itself was very dirty, there was garbage on the floor, mirrors were all divorced, the cleaning was just awful.
The beach is 50-60 minutes from the hotel on foot, there is a bus every 30 minutes, which is always packed, drive for 8 minutes. Instead of the promised beach bar, there is a machine with powdered juices and water.
The hotel pool is very small, crowded, it's okay not to swim.
The Free Bar is open until 10:00 p.m., then only for money..
Freshly squeezed juices, Turkish coffee, cocktails all paid for..
Wi-Fi in the rooms is paid for, and you have to pay for each device, which also works intermittently.
My restaurant stole a box of lollipops containing my pills, left them on the table with my phones, went to get dessert, came to put away the plates and my "pill book", some were returned after shouting at the whole restaurant and calling the owner. Very unpleasant!!!
The food is fresh, but it's monotonous, it's the same every day.
It's four stars long, three from strength.
I'll never come here, I bought the praise from the tour operator.

Very bad, disturbance from whistles

This hotel deserves a zero-star rating. I have never experienced such a terrible, overpriced and unrelaxing vacation. The complex is far too small for the number of guests and the food is inedible (especially considering the price). Worst of all was the constant, irritating whistling by the pool—often happening mostly every second. I couldn't take an afternoon nap and there was absolutely no chance to relax by the pool. I raised the issue with the hotel staff, but no one cared. I would never book this hotel again, there are countless better hotels available for the price

Average

We stayed at the hotel for three days. To begin with, we had to wait a long time upon arrival; they checked in Russian guests before us. We were assigned a ground-floor room, and it really smelled bad. There were no issues with the air conditioning. The food wasn't great on the first day, but it was good on the second. As mentioned in some reviews, foreigners are definitely given preferential treatment. They really need to install air conditioning in the restaurant. The evening entertainment was good.
