Hasan help us a lot such as car parking, laundry, free tea. Location near centre. But little bit disappointed with amenities since I select room with have washing machine but not found in my room.

I would have cried!! that is to say!

Nothing said on Booking is true. No English spoken, no serious possibility to organize excursions, room and environment very neglected. In a disturbing neighborhood, with men sitting everywhere talking and screaming until 3:00 a.m. Walking around with a European woman is not reassuring. As the crow flies near Balikiglol, provided you pass through the castle and follow a tedious route. We left the next day to another fabulous hotel:Tesseras , even if it means losing the rental for a week in Serce Konagi. Thank you hotel Tesseras and its incomparable service that saved my stay, excellent besides with visit to archaeological sites, Halfeti and the museums and bazaars of the city.

It was the first time i left an hotel after the first night. I booked it based on the reviews but left me disappointed.
The staff is great, very nice and helpful, nothing against them.
But the hotel conditions aren't the best.
In the first room we found bugs and ants, so we were kindly moved to another room that was significantly smaller but a bit cleaner. The problem there was the security, the door didn't lock at all and we had to lock it with our suitcases during the night. As two women, we couldn't even sleep well. We decided to leave in the morning to another hotel because there were too many problems in only one night.
We asked for a refund for the rest of the nights not used, getting a denial from the manager saying there is no refund and claming are terms of Expedia, which expedia denied.
I am not saying don't go there but you know what you get.

The staff service, Mr Metin, was excellent. He was very helpful to find solutions and recommend touristic services.
