Don't go, you'll regret it.

It was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. We and our children have suffered a great loss. The air conditioning wasn't working in the first room we were given. Our room was changed, but the door to the second room wouldn't close properly. We changed rooms again, and this time there were cockroaches crawling on the floor. It is unacceptable to have so many problems.
We stated that we could not stay under these conditions and requested a refund, but no assistance was provided. At midnight, we had to leave the hotel with our children and all our belongings. Having to look for a new hotel at that hour was an absolute disaster.
This hotel fails miserably in terms of hygiene, safety, and customer satisfaction. I definitely don't recommend it. I wouldn't want anyone to experience the suffering we went through.

Wretched

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. We checked in last night and within the first 45 minutes we found cockroaches and black beetles in the room. We reported the situation, and they moved us to three different rooms, but unfortunately, they all had the same problem. Moreover, the air conditioners weren't working properly either.
Instead of resolving the issue, the business owner constantly tried to justify himself, displaying an indifferent and rude attitude. When we wanted to leave because we were dissatisfied, they refused to refund our money.
I think they definitely failed in terms of cleanliness, customer satisfaction, and service. I am sharing this bad experience I had so that others do not become victims. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I hope the necessary checks are carried out and other guests don't experience the same problem.

Pay attention.

As soon as I realized I had made the reservation for the wrong date, I informed them of the situation and asked for their help. But they offered no solution. They told me the hotel was fully booked every day and that because of my reservation, there were fewer rooms available for that day, so they couldn't make any changes.
Interestingly, although they told me and ETS that they had no rooms available on the date I requested, when I checked different booking platforms I saw that almost all room types were for sale and available on my desired date.
Of course, it was my mistake to choose the wrong booking date. However, businesses that value customer satisfaction try to take a solution-oriented approach whenever possible. Here, however, not the slightest bit of goodwill was shown.
In short, don't expect support for the slightest mistake. Be careful while staying at this hotel, you might end up owing money.

Satisfied!

Nice good hotel. The breakfast and dinner were good. No parking issues. At the center. The only spot I’m going to have is that the beds are partially deformed. If they’re refurbished, they’re good for a 4-star Ace. It’s a hotel I can stay in again. We were pleased.
