Old world sophistication meets laidback charm

Tucked atop a hill overlooking the Aegean Sea is this charming boutique property. It is your home away from home with sophisticated designer-inspired furnishings, artifacts and beautiful antique oil paintings. The vibe is comfortable and laid back with the family’s dogs lounging at your feet. The food is 4-star Turkish inspired and beautifully presented.

Horrible Food!

Its a magical atmosphere but very remote. Its supposed to be a culinary heaven whereas you spend the night with your loved ones and feast with the gods. Dont believe their social media food post as all smoke and mirrors! Plenty of other options with same or better atmosphere in the ayvalik area that have great kitchens and closer to town. Go there just to spend the night if you’re curious but the breakfast is mediocre , alcoholic drinks are poor and skimpy . Prices are outrageous for what you get ! To be fare, I had a very good noodle dish for lunch but the dinner was horrible, cheap meats, skimpy and poorly executed. For example one dish was a pita bread with a beef sausage served open face without any culinary context or gourmet value. My whole table thought we were served left over scraps from the breakfast the day before. Owner also not interested as well , although she was sitting behind us entertaining friends she seemed unaware the next day of what we were being served that night . Once she investigated the incident she did apologize and admit that my complaints were warranted , but she refused to return a portion of the $1000 we spent for 5 people ( only one bottle of wine) . I have traveled to 89 countries and have many wonderful culinary experiences and also bad ones. THIS WAS THE WORST ! !

Highly recommended.

The hotel offers its guests a unique experience with its concept cleaning cocktails and dinner menu. As boutique hotel enthusiasts, this is a business my wife and I will revisit to relive the experience. If you love yourself and want to feel special, I definitely recommend experiencing this. I would like to extend my thanks to the entire team once again.

Excellent service.

It was wonderful, they treated us like family, we felt very comfortable and relaxed, it was a perfect getaway, the food and service were amazing
