The staff were very sweet and the free breakfast was a bonus… There was one day when they actually brought the free breakfast up to my room… I’m not sure why …they called the night before and asked what I would want and then delivered it
The downside is people seem to check in all the time and I don’t know if it’s because of the height, but you constantly hear doors slamming up until midnight. It is possible to hear them. I did use my sound machine so after the first night, I got used to it, but it does wake you up for a second. If you walk down to the end of the road, there are lots of restaurants to eat in a place to wash your dirty clothes, 7-Eleven’s beauty supply stores and more.
The Wi-Fi was not very good and after trying to work online, the first day I gave up because it was too frustrating. If you’re just gonna be in.Ubon for a night or two I think it’s fine and like I said the free breakfast is a great way to start the day

The staff is lovely and really accommodating… The room that I was in had a big bed and a really big wardrobe… The bathroom is nice with doors on the shower so the floor does not get all wet… The downside was people seem to check in and out at all times, and all of them seem to slam their doors quite loudly… Also the Wi-Fi is very inconsistent so it’s OK for a night or two, but if you want to work on your laptop it will be difficult to do so
The free breakfast was also a bonus.

The staff had good service mind and they always smile and friendly. No elevator but the staff helped us to carry suitcases on the third floor so this was the first impression especially I requested adjacent rooms for family and he managed it professionally as connecting rooms for us. What I requested that the staff cared about us. The food was so good there and it was funny while I was baking my breads. I saw a piece of crumb and it was burning (smoke). So someone reminded me “ your bread burnt” but I said “ no, it was crumb😂”. About car parking, it was dark behind the hotel and I think they forgot to turn on the light at that date. If you are hungry you can drive and see restaurants around there and the hotel is quiet. The weakness is quite weak but I am patient so no problem about this. I will come back to stay here in the future. Thanks a lot for caring. ( I would like to upload pictures but unfortunately ,the system errored but if I can so I will redo it again)

“A good 7 out of 10 experience”

Room 304 ~ 2 x Night Stay ~ Booked via Agoda
A good 7 out of 10 experience.
Customer service was excellent.
Hotel location is NOT Noise Free.
There was LOUD Drumming and MUSIC the 2 x Nights we were here....
That was also going on when we stayed here 3 Months before!!!
Rooms were fairly modern, relaxing however the BEDDING SMELT of SWEAT!!
As it was during the week there was a Buffet Breakfast.
The Toaster took 7 x times to turn the home made Bread into only just passable very lightly Toasted Bread.
The French Owner informed us the Toaster has an issue!!
Really - it was like that back in NOV 2024!!!
I got a very Dodgy Tummy a few hours after breakfast and believe it to have been the Fried Eggs.
All in all an passable stay however on the border of not being a great stay any longer.

We have stayed here a few times now everything was good. Breakfast selection is limited, food was okay. Hotel is a 5min walk to the main road that offer street food, 7/11
and other food options. Gym, lots of parking, and use of bicycle available
