Very good 4 star hotel on White Sand Beach

It is a very good 4 star hotel on Koh Chang, on White Sand Beach.
The communication and service from the hotel are top notch,very good .The entire staff was very friendly and professional
Breakfast was varied and always tasted good.
The room cleaning and the wifi in the hotel are also very good.
The rooftop pool is nice but there is no service

Good location

The location is good if you want to be close to nightlife and restaurants, with plenty within easy walking distance. However, the hotel felt overpriced, especially over Christmas, costing more than some nearby luxury resorts which didn’t feel great value for money. The pool is quite unattractive and we found it better to use the beach across the road instead. Although parking is advertised, it’s really just space on a very busy public road, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the staff were very helpful and the rooms were okay overall.

Great location

Tried booking online but there was no sea view rooms available. Popped in the day before we wanted to stay and they offered us a sea view suite for slightly more than the standard room online price.
Great location.
Good breakfast.
Pool area needs modernising.

Great location, clean and friendly staff.

Great hotel, fabulous location, professional and friendly staff. The only reason I gave this hotel a 4* was due to the pool having thousands of insects in. It clearly hadn't been cleaned for a long time. The room we had had an amazing view too!

Not 4 star

The staff , location and breakfast were excellent but the hotel itself needs work .
The pool and roof to bar area .. could be a fantastic sunset viewing area but has been left unmaintained and shabby .
My room wasn't cleaned until 4.30pm each of the 5 days days i stayed .
My balcony glass looked like it had not been cleaned since installed and was hard to appreciate any view looking through it .
Would have been a nice hotel in its day but if i was to stay here again i would expect to pay half the price than i did in Feb25 .....
Although all hotels on Koh Chang during Feb seemed very overpriced .
