Very friendly staff. Room was spacious and beer garden was excellent with food and entertainment. Very close to amenities and lots of other bars

No Sleep

I hate to write a review like this as the staff are very nice, helpful and friendly.
The massive problem is the ridiculously loud music from a club next to the hotel, by far the loudest music I have ever heard anywhere.
When it is low season with free rooms why do they put guests in rooms where they know the guests will not sleep with the noise?
Ear plugs, noise cancelling headphones etc will not help.
I lasted until 1am when I went down to reception and changed rooms.
If you stick with a noisy room and get off to sleep later in the night you won’t like the workmen banging, knocking, hammering, drilling… from 8.30am onwards.
I appreciate they have a job to do but not at 8.30am.
The hotel seems to own the Big Bite restaurant in the car parking area (and the “Beer Garden”) which is very good indeed.

this is a very nice hotel stay here very time we go to surin clean quiet and staff is always helpful and had early check in

Hotel was very dated and too much noise from music in front of hotel going all night. Breakfast very average. Only positive was the staff are polite
