An Unforgettable Stay for My First Solo Trip
I stayed here in July, both at the start and end of my solo trip. Traveling on a budget, I was specifically looking for a high-quality hotel experience rather than settling for a low-standard or cheap stay. I arrived a bit skeptical and nervous, but from the very first moment, the warmth and genuine support from the staff made me feel right at home and completely at ease for my first solo travel experience.
The hotel itself exceeded all my expectations. My room was spotless, super comfortable, and kept extremely clean throughout my stay. The amenities are great too, the huge swimming pool is fantastic, and the location is ideal, just a short walk from both the center and the beach. Plus, the hotel restaurant is super affordable and serves an amazing banana shake!
A special thanks to the front desk team, especially Wiwi and Neung. They truly went above and beyond with everything I needed, from island recommendations and room service to laundry, early check-in, and even packing a breakfast box for my early airport transfer.
Because of the phenomenal service, welcoming atmosphere, and fantastic value for money, I ended up extending my stay and spending even more time on this beautiful island.
I really hope to visit Koh Samui again soon, and when I do, I will definitely stay here again. Huge thanks to Wiwi, Neung, and the entire team!

Poor.
Outdated facility; as soon as you enter the room, you are greeted by a musty smell, a bathroom without a window, the air conditioner drips onto the TV risking a power outage, and a standard breakfast.

Good place to sleep and swim after a day of hiking or any other activity on the island!
Cons:
Our room has only 1 window and the top edge of it was lowered to hang the A/C on it - window became small and to see the landscape (hills) I need to crouch/duck. It was good for my kid though )
A/C flowed air right on the desk and sitting area, so it's quite hard to seat by the desk and have A/C on (good it could be switched to fan-only at least).
room for two persons, but only one sitting space (a soft cube).
Room doors have old mechanical lock so you need to lock it yourself every time you leave (I got used to electric auto-locks in hotels nowadays), but it's minor flaw.
TV is not smart, but it is a minor flaw again.
Pros:
Common pool is a proper 25m pool with an overflow side, clean toilet nearby and a restaurant with bar which is affordable and pretty descent.
The whole hotel territory has alternative routes to objects such as pool (front entrance and back - straight to the parking lot),
Breakfast was okay - nothing fancy (no cheese, only one cheap ham, cheap concentrate oversugared juices), but still they had edible sausages, brown wholegrain bread, 2-3 types of pastries, coffee-machine, egg station, 3-4 types of fruits and a few thai food options along with standard european breakfast.
There's a gym which looks ok and has A/C.

The hotel was overall nice and clean but a bit far from the main stretch- this would have been okay but the first 200 m or so of the walk very unpleasant through a dirty area. The balcony in the room was also too small and poorly maintained to be used and the bathroom smelled of sewage. Not bad for the price, though.

Good hotel with spacious rooms close to shops and restaurants. Swimming pool was nice but closes too early at 8pm.
