Superb villa with a great layput, spacious and well appointed with 3 overhead fans (bedroom, living area and outside seating areas).
Staff very helpful, even let us in 2hrs ahead of check in time.
Great decks below villas for snorkeling- swam with 2 Black Tip Reef Sharks whilst down... 1 adult about 5ft and one ypungster about 3 ft... amazing

Over rated not ideal for young or old
Great views but accommodation basic all privately owned so some better than others. The bedrooms in the villas although adjoining do not have doors between do if you have young children you would need to sleep in the same room for safety. My daughter had two youngsters and their bedrooms were under theirs in another building.
No direct beach access but you can snorkel from platforms if you don’t mind exceptionally steep slopes and steps! Not for the faint hearted or those who aren’t fit!!
We got into the water near what we believe was a sewage pipe, there was lots of crap in the water.
Free jeep to town which was good but again if you can climb up far your screwed!!
Overpriced, no sharks in shark bay and very overpriced
Argument over charges last day and I was told ‘thank you and goodbye! In other words get lost!!

Absolutely disgraceful service staff
The stay was perfect until it was check out time. I was on a work call when one of their service staff barged into the room and started shouting really loudly that I needed to leave the room and that they had other guests. Suffice to say, I was still on my call and this person’s yelling was heard by everyone on the con call I was on. I told him to stop but he continued. I had to hang up on my call embarrassed. Suffice to say, I lost the customer. Further, he had another female colleague who barked at me after saying I wasn’t allowed to wait in the room for the buggy to come get me and threw all my belongings out in the hot sun.
Do not stay here if you need to work remotely as I had also informed the staff a day before that I needed to be on this work call but they barged in to shout at and bully me anyway.
Later on, I complained about the behaviour of the staff to the manager only to find out that they were selectively racist against Chinese looking or Chinese people and that the manager and her staff did not give two hoots about respecting their customer. Once they’ve taken your money, they don’t care about treating you nicely either as “they have other customers to care about and once you’ve checked out, their service and politeness ends.”
There are other better resorts on the island for the price you pay. Do not stay here if you expect decency in being treated nicely as you paid for service. Also do not stay here if you need to work remotely or if you expect basic human decency notwithstanding that you’ve paid for the service.

They cancelled our Villa!?
We booked a lovely villa for January 25–26. When we arrived, they had cancelled our reservation, so we no longer had a villa. They offered to move us to another hotel, which was nowhere near the same standard. Really, really poor service — especially for the price!
Never book here… We didn’t here anything about the cancellation before we paid a taxi to go all the way here.
