Great stay, great value, hugely undersold online for what it is

Great value, good comfortable accommodations, an over-the-top welcoming host, local ambience, new facilities (2 years old), one of the best street restaurants in our Thailand experience just 300m away, starlight walks among the ruins, free bikes, good breakfasts, and laundry facilities thrown in to boot - We would go back any time. Highly recommended for budget travelers. This place and its neighborhood outside the blaring downtown of the park amenities is poised to be overtaken by development, one supposes, within the coming years. The lots are already being cleared, the walls going up while we watched.. But for now there is a porch-view of rural countryside and some very welcomed tranquility. The bikes need work - for a little effort they could really up their game on that front. Particularly the photos and sales pitch which we found online does a disservice to what we actually found in person. We were pleasantly surprised. Highly recommended for staying inside Sukhothai Park, and greatly superior to the more "centrally" located guesthouses. Bonus, Si Satchanalai is just a short drive away, and worth the time, too.

Perfect place to enjoy Historical Park of Sukothai.

Quiet place. Easy to find and to park the car.
Bulding is great, we liked it.
Clean and lovely room with very nice bathroom.
Bicycles and breakfast for free.
Kind and smiling staff.
Thank you for all, it was perfect!

Short stay at clayhouse - baadin hotel

We stayed 2 nights and it was excellent. First our Host Ann was very nice and helpful. She prepared delicious breakfast (especially pancakes) and diner as we stayed at Clayhouse After a long day at Sukothai. Bicycles are available for free for adults and children.
The room was great : clean, Big bed, bathroom very practical.
We really enjoyed our stay, especially calm and quiet after noisy nights in Bangkok and Chiang Mai

Belle e pulite stanze immerse nel verde a 5 minuti di bici dalle rovine

Siamo state in questo hotel a novembre 2018 (per la festa delle lanterne che decisamente vi consiglio). Le stanze sono grandi e pulite con un ottino sistema di areazione. Il letto un pò duro ma ci si abitua. La signora, gentile come tutte le thailandesi, ci ha dato le bici gratis ed in 10 minuti scarsi siamo arrivate alle rovine. Il prezzo poi è economicissimo. Decisamente consigliato!

Neu eröffnetes Resort in ruhiger Lage

Das Resort liegt in der Nähe des historischen Parks in einem kleinen Dorf, mit den kostenlosen Fahrrädern kann man den Park und die Umgebung leicht erkunden.
Das Personal bot immer einen guten Service , die Zimmer waren einwandfrei und der Aussenbereich war gepflegt. Ausserdem war gutes Wifi und ein Fachbildfernseher und Klimaanlage für die heiße Zeit vorhanden.
Alles in allem für Leute die ruhige Lage und Natur lieben die richtige Wahl.
