Excellant phuket days
The resort is very nice. The pool villa is nice and we enjoyed the stay in resort very much. The service is extremely well and top notch. Value for money in all terms. Very near to kata beach. Serene and calm streets and locationnof reaort is too good.

Phuket experience
The staff were very friendly , but the breakfast options should be more and facilities better . Otherwise everything was fine .

Unhelpful
Arrived at 10-15 to be told room not ready till 2 o’clock , we asked could we have breakfast and was told there will be an extra charge as our day don’t start till 2 oclock, after a 18 hr flight the last thing we wanted was to wait for the room as we wasn’t told before hand , we got into our room had a shower left my partner sleeping , left the key I. The holder on my return asked for another key and was told come tomorrow as there is none left , on explaining I need to get into my room but don’t want to wake my partner up was told a hotel representative would meet me outside to let me in upon my arrival she’s is them banging on the door to wake my partner up to let me in
We stayed last year and it was a pleasure this year staff not very helpful, so here’s to the next 5 day before we got yo Krabi. , hope it gets better

First of all, we would like to sincerely apologize that your stay was not as convenient as it should have been. To help clarify the situation and provide you with better understanding, we would like to explain the following.
At check-in, we clearly informed all guests that our official check-in time begins at 2:00 PM. However, if rooms become available earlier and match the room type that has been reserved, we are always happy to allow guests to check in before 2:00 PM without requiring them to wait. (which, your room is ready before)
Unfortunately, on the day of your arrival, the resort was fully occupied in all room categories. As a result, we had to wait for departing guests to check out, with the official check-out time being no later than 12:00 PM. Once a room is vacated, our housekeeping team immediately begins cleaning and preparing it for the next arrival. In some cases, rooms are ready before 2:00 PM, and we always make them available to guests as soon as they are ready.
Breakfast: our breakfast time is 06.30 – 10.30 am. Include next day.
Regarding the spare key card, guests are welcome to request one from our reception team. As a security measure, we must verify that the request is made by the registered guest before issuing an additional key card. This is an important security policy that we cannot overlook.
After speaking with our staff, we understand that a team member informed you that a spare key card could be obtained from Reception. If you prefer, our staff were also willing to assist by opening the room for you. Therefore, a member of our housekeeping team accompanied you to your room. However, because the door had been secured with the interior safety latch by your wife, it could only be opened from inside the room. Consequently, our staff had to knock on the door to notify the person inside so that the safety latch could be released.
Nevertheless, we sincerely appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. Should you require any assistance during your stay, we kindly encourage you to contact our reception team directly. Our staff are always happy to assist our guests in every way possible whenever we can do so.
