A return to the colonial atmosphere

A place where time seems to have stopped at the time of the colonies although Thailand has always remained independent
A benevolent welcome from Nathan, a neat decor the ambient music is also period
The room with the lobby, comfortable bedding
We recommend this trip back in time

An incredibly beautiful hotel with outstanding staff

Phuket Old Town is very easy on the eye and is such a joy to visit. This hotel fits in perfectly with its surrounding streets. It is historic, unique and has truly fabulous interiors. We only stayed one night and regret not staying a lot longer. It is definitely a destination to return to, for the Old Town and this gorgeous hotel.
Special mention must be made with regards to the extraordinary staff. Firstly, on our arrival we met the wonderful Nathan. He was incredibly welcoming and gave outstanding support to make us feel at home. He is clearly very proud to work at this hotel, highlighting the history in an impeccable manner.
I must also mention Amanda and Gabeer who went to incredible lengths to escort us to our taxi when we left. We were met at the end of the street, due to the market. They did not have to do this, yet thought nothing of it.
This is a gorgeous hotel, with stunning decor, that has staff that go well beyond to ensure that guests have a fantastic experience. Even the trainee staff were so friendly. I sincerely hope that the hotel management appreciates just how good their employees are.
I can’t wait to visit again.

Scenic & right in the centre of it all

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, nice cosy rooms with large showers and bathroom.
Night market right outside your door on Sunday night! Amazing place for the price

A lovely hotel I. The heart of Old town Phuket. Everything you could need is located around the hotel, food, shopping, transportation, etc. The hotel has a lovely vintage atmosphere, I felt like I stepped back in time in the most amazing way. The staff were very helpful and efficient.

We had a wonderful stay at The Memory at On On Hotel. We absolutely loved the beautiful antique interior, which gave the hotel so much charm and character. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, making our stay very comfortable.
A nice touch was the complimentary unlimited hot and cold drinks, along with biscuits and bread available throughout the day. The staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help. We especially appreciated being allowed to check in early, which made our arrival much more convenient.
Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we would gladly stay here again when visiting Phuket.
