When the hotel is renovated, it will be even better.
Holidayed with family in July 2026. Hotel is not bad. Everyone's here. The sea, shops, exchangers at every step , restaurants for every wallet and taste, near Kata beach there is laundry (you can throw things in the laundry).On the seafront at 19:10 saw fire show. They do it often. The staff are very friendly. They brought some fruit for my birthday and sang a song. Breakfast wasn't boring in 11 days. Lots of fruits, yogurt, eggs, something made of rice and pasta in Thai fashion, coffee, cocoa, milk, baked buns, nuts, vegetables, juices(but juices are very sweet and powdered), several times there was fried fish, chicken, beef, Thai soups. Birds arrive for breakfast. We ate from hand. There's a small refrigerator in the room, but we had enough. Vodka, teapot, 3 Russian channels on TV. One of them is a children's carousel. Don't forget to go for a massage, bathe the elephant (as they say in Thailand - clean your karma), be sure to try durian (you need to eat immediately when the fruit is cut open, so as not to stink). Diving at O.Rach's is only if you really want to dive. The underwater world (12 meters deep) is not diverse.
There are downsides: The lack of a wardrobe in the room was very surprising. There's nowhere to put things. No shelves. There are no drawers. Neighbors can be heard day and night.
One of the pools is merged for renovation, part of the rooms and dining room are also renovated . There is no noise, but I would like to use the entire hotel infrastructure. There's no curtain in the bathroom, water pours in and a puddle forms.

Bad experience
Everything went well (the room and food ) until the check out , when staff tried to accuse of taking two umbrellas and pay for them. Which we did not touch as there was no rain. We understand the idea was that we would have no time to argue. Unfortunately for them we had a lot of time. When asked for the camera proof and manager to talk to, the issue was resolved but the day was somehow flawed.

Great hotel after renovation.
We rested in April 2026. Hotel after renovation, rooms fresh, furniture new, plumbing all fine. Cleaning daily, although it is unclear at what time, can be removed both in the morning and by 5 p.m., there are no complaints about the quality of cleaning. Bed linen was changed once every 5-6 days, towels daily. Hotel pools are always clean, a little "tired" sun loungers, but it's not critical.
Meals are perfectly level 4*, coffee is delicious, the dude on the dispensary is frying several kinds of eggs and baking good Viennese waffles, lots of fruit and vegetables.
But the most important fat plus of this hotel - location, sea across the road, 100 meters left and right of the exit of more than 10 cafes and restaurants for every taste, shops, massage parlors, etc. Only 7-11 takes a block.
The staff tried to always please with any question (speak broken English).
The overall impression is only positive! There are better hotels, BUT they also cost more and think about how much time you will spend in the hotel itself and make the right choice for yourself.

Wonderful cozy hotel
A wonderful hotel. Everything was fantastic. Here you felt both welcome and seen. I who traveled alone felt very safe and calm to stay here. The room was large, clean, fresh and clean every day. Had room facing the garden and pool area - so pleasant. The pool bar in one of the pools was super cozy with nice staff. The hotel was located along the main street of South Karon, close to Kata Beach but a bit in so you never experienced traffic noise or noise. A little oasis. Across the street was the nice beach. I want to go back here.

The breakfast buffet is very varied, for every taste and colour. Sea level across the street, you can take sunbeds to the reception if you don't want to spend on sun loungers.
The pool bar is a super idea. By the way, there are several swimming pools, different depths, including for babies.
