Home When I’m Far Away From Home

This is my second time staying at the hostel. The host, Mark is an outstanding person overall. He is an amazing host. He would show you around the best spots in town and the best part is the restaurants that he’d bring you to.
The hostel is located in the heart of the city of Phitsanulok. You can easily walk to anywhere you want in the town. Name it, restaurants, bars and the market.
The hostel’s kitchen is well equipped with tools and utensils for you to cook.
The toilets are clean and the hot water is working fine to keep you warm during the cold nights.
Would return here again anytime without hesitation. Karma Home Hostel feels like home to me.

Pleasant, clean and comfortable.

I have stayed at Karma Home Hostel several times over the years. From check in to check out it is a delight. Mark's warm friendly welcome and the relaxed feel of the place gives you confidence of a pleasant stay. Mark's local knowledge and suggestions of places to go and the variety of things that can be experienced around Phitsanulok is extensive. Motor bikes and push bikes are available to rent from the Hostel. A variety of drinks and fruit is available at very reasonable prices from the Hostel 24 hours a day hassle free. The Hostel has a roof top area that provides a fantastic view of the surrounds and a relaxing environment where guests can mingle. Guests can even prepare and cook their own breakfast and meals in the kitchen. Mark and his wife Mint can assist guests with local places to dine and even take guests to restaurants to order and eat. It is a unique experience staying at Karma Home Hostel that keeps me coming back.

Highly recommended!

Karma Hostel feels like a second home. From the moment I entered, I was warmly welcomed by the owners, Mark and Mint. Mark has a lot of knowledge about the area and can give you the best tips to discover Phitsanulok and the hidden gems nearby. Mint is the sweetest and most caring person you will ever meet. She makes everyone feel comfortable.
The hostel is perfect if you would like to meet other travellers. The atmosphere is open, friendly and cozy, making it easy to start conversations. Phitsanulok is often seen as a stopover, but there is much more to do here than you might expect! If you take the time to explore the city and its surroundings, you will get an authentic Thai experience that you will not find in the tourist hotspots anytime soon.
If you are looking for a place where you really feel at home, meet new people and discover a deeper side of Thailand, then Karma Hostel is the perfect choice!

Very good atmosphere.

Located in the heart of the city, near shops, scenic gardens, gorgeous temples, the restaurant is walkable, the atmosphere is very nice, the skies are gorgeous, the views are beautiful, you can sit and drink in the skies, you can sell drinks, the kind owners recommend places to go and activities in the world.

Great atmosphere in the hostel

Very good hostel with great atmosphere. You can cook there and the owners are very nice. I especially liked the roof terrace. We were only here for three nights but it was worth it. Once we even cooked Thai green curry together with the owner's wife. All in all highly recommended.
