A home away from home!!!
We had an amazing time at the resort.
Stayed there for 5 nights and spent our new year eve.
It’s a small resort property located atop a small hillock and is accessible from the highway both through an easy flight of steps or a road to drive up. The gradient is smooth and the property has enough parking space.
The rooms are very comfortable and comes with running hot water, television and air con. The mattresses are comfortable. Each room comes with a balcony overlooking a small thicket and stream below.
The property is just beside the main road leading to the national park!
The two main winners for this property are the amazing views and the great hosts. There is a small restaurant/coffee shop in the property and they make lip smacking lattes!
If you would like to have a serene ambience, with amazing views and a cosy home feel... then don’t miss out staying here!
We are sure to return back soon!

Amazing place to stay!
Stayed with Wan and her family for 2 amazing nights. Wan is a really amazing host and will help you with everything. The rooms are really clean and tidy. The best of this hotel is the view, which is breathtaking! Breakfast is also really good same as the dinner from their menu!
We really like to thank miss Wan and her familyy for taking good care of us!

Peaceful, scenic, friendly, comfortable
We stayed for three nights at the family run K.K. Park Resort. We found the room was very comfortable and clean. There was a delightful balcony overlooking lush vegetation and down to the river below. There was a fridge and bottles of water supplied daily. You can help yourself to tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits at anytime by the restaurant, a short walk away from your room. This was a peaceful place to stay in beautiful surroundings. There are scooters you can rent. The hotel is not too far from the national park. We booked an excursion to the lake via the hotel. We ate all our meals at the hotel which were all home cooked and delicious. What made our stay all the more comfortable was Wan. She was so lovely and friendly and extremely helpful, going above and beyond to help us out!
There are two ways to get to the hotel from Surat Thani airport, either by taxi from the airport which we read beforehand would be very expensive or as we did, get a local bus to Surat Thani town for 100 baht each and then a mini bus (350 baht each) from the town to KK Park (tell the driver where you are going, Wan can email the directions to you in Thai to show the driver). The journey took about 2 hours from the town to the hotel. We thought afterwards that maybe we should’ve found out the price for a taxi as it may have been more convenient. However, the mini bus journey was perfectly fine and comfortable. Staying at K.K. was a nice contrast to other places we stayed previously as it was so peaceful and scenic. A place to unwind and relax before your onward journey exploring beautiful Thailand.

Fantastic friendly family resort in Khao Sok area with stunning views
Peaceful small resort with stunning views near to Khao Sok National park. Rooms comfortable at reasonable cost. The manageress , Wan, has very good English and goes out of her way to help you to arrange tours to suit your needs and budget. Wan is a very interesting , inspirational lady who is determined to make a difference to the children near her village and is delighted to share her experiences with her guests

The best Thai hospitality in the best place|
You won't find infinity pools, midnight room service or multi room villas here. What you will find is an infinite abundance of generosity from wan and her whole family; Meals that are so well cooked, you will be happy to come back for dinner after a long day out, rather than feeling you need to find a restaurant; Rooms that are newly built and perfectly placed to soak up the tremendous view.
We stayed 3 nights at KK, during which time Wan booked a night time jungle tour and a trip to the elephant sanctuary - both times her brother showed us the way there and would've been happy to stay if we hadn't insisted we could find our own way back.
Food is cooked in the local family restaurant and bought up to the tables, also made by a cousin. We quickly became well settled in and, as cliched as it is, part of the family.
Our last night, marked by a family BBQ, was so much fun we would've stayed at the drop of a hat if we could.
It's easy to recommend k.kpark on every aspect and my only counter point would be that they're new and still learning. But since Wan told us that on day one, then proceeded to be an immaculate host throughout our stay, it's not worth mentioning.
