Very good.
Very nice hotel for its class.Owned by a Thai family.Very social,positive,no negative.The food is monotonous,but quite delicious.You will not stay hungry.The cleaning is quality,daily.Huge hello to the Boss.Miss you.Thanks for your hospitality!!!!

Delights are incomprehensible.
The hotel's thrills are incomprehensible - an old, ordinary threesome with no WOW effect and irritation and discontent.
Location:
stands 150 meters from the road and there's nothing nearby - so quiet. But it may not be quiet if neighbors come in the middle of the night with all the appropriate kind of door slamming. Or if the neighbor's bathroom is behind the wall from the bed head and you can hear any business in the bathroom.
If you come across the sea the location is very bad. The nearest beach under PattayaPark is Dongtan Beach - a mile and a half away. You can't take the Songteo, just a taxi. Or walk in the heat for twenty - thirty minutes (there - under, back uphill). To the pier to Kolan - 25-30 minutes on foot. 25-30 min and on Songteo (to Arab Street - Volkin - to Pier) if there is no traffic jam on the way. Or a cab.
In the evening there is nothing near for the drive except the pool (everyone and hangs around it especially at the end of the rest). Or go somewhere.
It's not quiet when which company drinks by the pool until morning (it's not uncommon).
Room: sleepover's fine.
Clean but poor. The walls are newly painted. Furniture is shattered.
I had: no gigshower, a loose toilet chair, a refrigerator froze in ice everything on the bottom shelf (the adjustment didn't work).
Linens are changed every day.
Breakfast: acceptable.
Quickly bored with the same thing. Only the main course changes (three main courses - so every third day is repeated). The downside is huge: the owner is always at breakfast grazing and the energy is negatively off the scale: never left the feeling that he looks at his mouth how much you eat....
Only watermelon t to it is pointless to take with you (pineapple is more difficult to lay out - cleaning is costly, and everything else to take with you is real - it is a hotel loss).
Drinks brought with him (ground coffee and tea) knowing their quality in such hotels.

You can eat your own (heated) in the dining room. Free coffee around the clock. There's no tea outside of breakfast - so I never regretted taking it with me just in case, then to coffee in the evening to drink and burdah in quality - you know.
The pool is accessible 24 hours a day. That's why drunken screams from campers drinking near him are not uncommon.
Towels are given for takeout outside the hotel.
Conclusions:

Excellent hotel, for a relaxing holiday, without ice in walking distance of everything.
I can tell you this hotel is small and cozy. Greeted us with a smile and checked us into a room earlier than we should have. The room was on the 2nd floor, albeit with a view of the wall. But it didn't bother us, because we only went there to change and sleep. The hotel itself is clean, the owners are friendly, did not speak Russian, but you were always in touch. We didn't buy a card, and to call a cab, we were always asked to call one, and it was no problem. Breakfast was always monotonous, but very full (eggs, rice, vegetables, jam toasters, coffee). Basically, I didn't even want to eat in this heat. Every day the rooms were cleaned, vacuumed and made up the bed, changed the towels. About the location of the hotel I can say that it is in the golden middle, went on the road, caught Tuktuk (local route, and they often go) went left - came to Vauxtreet and nightlife, got out and sat on Tuktuk right - drove to the city beach. Everybody's 5 to 10 minutes on the route. Basically we walked for 10 minutes and you're in a hotel. Anyway, if you come to the room to take a break from loud music and movement, this is for you. The hotel really liked it, I think I will definitely stay there)

2-star hotel
Stayed at this hotel in late January, booked package tour through tour operator. They chose this hotel because of its proximity on the map to Bali Hai Pier, from where the ferry to Koh Lan runs. In reality, it wasn't that close, you had to take a taxi to the pier. The road to the pier is very hard, the sidewalks are almost nowhere, it is not easy to reach on foot.
From the merits: quite clean, cleaned regularly and changed towels. The breakfast buffet is nice, but almost identical every day. Breakfest boxing is not done. Within walking distance of Pratamnak Market, a 30-minute walk from the large Buddha.
Of the drawbacks: the rooms are very sparsely equipped, there are no chairs at all, there is no laundry dryer (the laundry is dried in the streets as in a slum). There are minor breakdowns in the room that are easily fixable but the staff doesn't care about them for some reason (the door opens very tight because it rests on the floor, you just need to tighten the hinges, the toilet cover breaks, the shower switch buttons work very badly). The staff is generally friendly, proficient in English and a little Russian. But sometimes we were surprised, somehow ignored our requests for soap and shower gel, which ran out (we went to the reception, and the next day to the host - it is often found in the lobby). The air conditioning in the room works very hard and blows right on the bed, so at night it is impossible to turn it on, with the window closed sleeping very stuffy and if you open the window, mosquitoes come (we are bitten at night) that can carry Dengue fever or other diseases.
In general, the hotel economy class, perhaps suitable for very unassuming people who only need a place to sleep. But I'm definitely not coming back to this hotel. The hotel is clearly not at three stars, two at most.

Great holiday
My wife and I were on vacation from December 14 to 28, 2024. We arrived at 06.00 AM, we were met at the reception by a kind girl, we asked to check us in earlier for a surcharge, but we were refused, told that the rooms were occupied. We went for a walk and came in two hours. We were met by the owner of this hotel. We said we were very tired of the road and asked to move in earlier, he in turn went to our meeting and checked in at 08.30 and didn't charge us any extra money. From that moment on, we realized we were making the right choice. The hotel is simple, but everything you need is there. In Pattaya we are for the third time and in principle , hotels are all similar. The most important choice, is the accessibility to Bali Hai Pier , from where ferries depart to Ko Lan Island , a distance of about 1.2 km , on foot 20 minutes , sometimes chose a taxi Bolt cost about 60 baht, you can take a tuk tuk for 10 baht drive part of the way and walk a little. Another plus , location that nearby there is where you can give clothes for washing and drying, the cost of 100 baht and 5 baht for powder, gave and after a time that conveniently took away , for example in the morning gave , went to the island , in the evening arrived, clothes folded neatly in a package, landmark where are , turn right and walk meters 250 and see many washing machines. If you go further you will see the EX24 pro exchanger. In this exchanger the dollar exchange rate is slightly lower than in the CTC , but they can exchange favorably rubles for baht , transferring to the card. If you walk down the street a little further , through the intersection and turn right , you will see a Russian street and a CTC exchanger , this street has everything for Russian tourists. Shake fruity at 20 baht, nowhere cheaper. Also will go down , you can see a nice massage parlour , is on the right side as you go , the fish landmark. Also when you come down , you will see a market with groceries and with things and souvenirs. And the biggest plus point of this hotel is there are no Hindus. All the hotels in Pattaya are teeming with Hindus right now. As an example we lived in 2016 at the Caesar Hotel, then when selecting the tour, we were told that there are Hindus booking there.
