I liked it all. Thanks to the individual staff for their responsiveness and promptness.
A great hotel for relaxing in the city. The location is wonderful. Near the beach,4 exchangers,2 Seven-even and Tops,4 Go-Goshki,7 or 8 bars with live music,the usual bars and massages are not counted. And it's all about 350 meters. That's awesome. All the inconvenience people complain about is just nonsense. They weren't wearing Turkish triplets, that's where the complete g... Don't know how to close a door and chirp in a window - is that like it? For those who come to Pataya, not in a room to sniff, that's what it takes.

terrible almost everything.
I have been to Thailand 14 times and this has never happened before, but in this hotel my money was stolen.
for the first time in 14 years vacation in thailand stole money fucking rats.was from 6.03 to 15.03 room 2208. the only plus location . first moved in on the 3rd floor there the hydraulic shutter did not work the stench of the sewer on the whole room

This hotel is not 3 stars!!!
-There's a problem with ventilation in the building, probably none at all, the room smells stale, room 4407 has the front door barely open, swollen or stale.
- with hot water constant interruptions
Ants, nothing can be left open from food.
-Water, taul paper don't get put up every day, you have to go ask
- Lack of lighting in the room (the front door has two lights in the ceiling and the room itself has only one desk light)
There's not a single shelf or hook in the shower, there's not a toilet brush,
- in room 2212 you cannot separately turn on the lights in the toilet, only together with the hallway, this is to wake up the neighbor sooner in the middle of the night))
The towels are grey, the sockets sparkle.
- on the first day of the visit in the hall on the sofa slept a bum-looking man, as they came to the lodging house, and the admin doesn't care.; the number at check-in is not shown, only with the help of the Russian neighbors learned how to close the door and turn on the lights))
admins don't know English at all.

Negativity, missing money
Unsafe old shabby hotel.
The rooms are old, the linen is clean, occasionally stained. The window does not close with a latch. The water in the shower is cold, the flow-through heater does not heat it. Wi-Fi on the 2nd floor is very weak. There are ants everywhere in the room. Breakfast and swimming pool in nearby Jomtien Plaza.
At the hotel, money that was in our suitcase disappeared. When we discovered the loss, we contacted the reception, where we were told that since the money was not in the safe and we were not in the room (until 5 am) - it was our fault. When we asked to look at the camera from the floor, we were advised to contact the police; the tourist police are nearby, but both Jomtien offices turned out to be closed on 11/12/23. After calling line 1155 at the end of the day I was able to submit an application. There was zero response, help, or apology from the hotel manager. The rules in the room say compensation of up to 5 thousand baht for missing things, but in reality the manager simply accused us of negligence. When the police visited the hotel on 11/13/23, it turned out that the cameras on the floor and in the elevator were not working, but the hotel did not consider this to be their fault.

Cheap hotel, good location
Good location but old building. Room was good though very basic room. My room had a window toward a garden. Jomtien Beach was very close, restaurants were around. Staffs were friendly. Combative neat and clean room.
