The staff was very friendly and helpful at the front desk. Room cleaning was not great. The shelves and drawers in the room were filthy with dust and dead bugs. I moved the small sofa out only to discover that beneath it was a collection of dirt, bugs and hair.
The bathroom has a bathtub, but their water heater doesn't produce enough hot water to fill it. You end up with a tub of lukewarm water.
Removing your keycard kills all of the power to the room, so don't leave anything important in the fridge.
There is a door in the kitchenette that opens onto the air-conditioning compressors. There is an open space at the bottom of the door that frequently allowed in poop from the birds nesting on the compressors.

Mold and crumbling walls. Bad smelling rooms.

This hotel should inform the tourists that the rooms have a horrible smell due to mold and that the walls of the rooms are peeling.
The swimming pool they claim to be in the hotel is actually on the opposite side of the street.
The staff of the hotel is very kind.

The owener or he was an hotel worker opened the door and get in the room while my girlfriend shower and try to speak with her, i was outside. He try to get in again but she locked the door. Stay away. There are much more better places to stay in same money. The shower is poor and the bed is uncomfortable.

In the middle of the night on 22 Mach 2024, a customer in room 506 (Khun Peeraphon, booked through Agoda) came down to inform the security guard that room next to his room which room number 505 (reservation trip: Mr. SHAHR ATIAS) was arguing with each other, making loud noises, and unable to rest. which was loud for a very long time he was afraid there would be physical harm, so he notified the security guard to investigate and put an end to the incident.
Mr. Peerapon and the security guard went up and knocked on the customer's room. And in the room, a Thai woman and a foreign man were found arguing with each other. At that time the woman cried loudly. Mr. Peeraphon then questioned the woman because she was afraid that she would be physically harmed. They have asked not to make loud noises to disturb guests in other rooms. This is the fact which happend in that day.

ไปพักตั้งแต่ ปี 66 ยังไม่มีลูก ไปพักล่าสุดยังสะอาดและบริการดีเหมือนเดิม มีที่จอดรถมีอ่างอาบน้ำและล่าสุดมีสระว่ายน้ำและฟิตเนสแล้ว แถม กลับมารอบนี้มีร้านอาหารราคาหลักสิบตรงหน้าโรงแรม ถ้าไปเที่ยวโคราชแนะนำที่นี่เลยเพราะว่าไปพักกี่ครั้งก็ประทับใจ 10/10 💕
ยกให้เป็นโรงแรมที่หนึ่งในใจเลยค่ะ
