Couldn’t ask for better! Wonderful!
I stayed at this hotel whilst attending an event nearby, with a group of 13 people occupying 7 rooms. The hotel is very reasonably priced, and when I arrived I was pleasantly surprised!
The hotel is impeccably clean, the entrance, common areas and my room is was spotless. The hotel is located off the Main Street on a quiet side street, and appears new and well appointed.
The front desk are attentive and kind and were very helpful. The rooms provide a spacious bedroom, bathroom and a balcony. The bed was comfortable and sheets and pillows felt very nice. The air conditioning was powerful and kept my room cool. In the room are some bathroom amenities and towels, all carefully and neatly laid out for you. There is a medium sized fridge and the hotel provides 4 bottles of water, two refrigerated and two outside your room on arrival. The shower was powerful.
There was a small and well priced food menu for room service ordering. Additionally, the hotel is located within walking distance of a 7-eleven. Additionally, the hotel is within a reasonable distance of Don Mueng International Airport (DMK).
Grabs (Ride hailing app) and taxis are available in the area, and the hotel will also call a taxi service if you require.
This hotel was really wonderful, I didn’t know what to expect before I came. it offers a clean, friendly and well furnished hotel experience for amazing value.
As a group of 13 people we were all very happy with our experience at the Triple Trees Hotel, and 100% recommend this hotel.

Now there are spiders in the bathroom, there is mold on the roof, and outside the window is the yard where they dry the sheets, and the privacy is extremely poor. So I went to the front desk and wanted to add money to upgrade the room type, but they said that the room cannot be upgraded because the room is already open. So I had to re-order by myself and ordered a more expensive villa. Conditions are much better. After learning about the situation, Ctrip customer service applied for some compensation for me. Ctrip is still very reliable.
