excellent family experience

Horrible Experience (!!!
However, our stay took an unexpected turn the moment we arrived at our floor. The hallway was very dark, and the overall atmosphere felt unusually heavy and uncomfortable. As soon as we entered our rooms, four of us experienced a strong sense of unease that is difficult to describe.
Two of my friends even felt anxious and short of breath almost immediately after entering the room. While there may be a perfectly reasonable explanation, the environment gave us a very unsettling feeling that we could not ignore.
We understand that everyone experiences places differently, and this is simply our personal experience. Unfortunately, the discomfort was strong enough that we decided to check out shortly after checking in and move to another hotel.
We later applied for a refund through Trip.com, explaining our experience, but the request was rejected.
The staff themselves were not the problem. However, due to the poor lighting, uncomfortable atmosphere, and overall feeling of the property, this hotel did not meet our expectations. Not recommended based on our experience.

The spacious rooms are cozy, luxurious, featuring a sleek bedding to add to the local vibe, complete with THESS-branded, skin-sensitive menus, fitness facilities, pools, bikes, free ice bath activities, and free flow drinks, wine, beer, and afternoon ice cream.
Another highlight is the secret bar The 5th Wall, with a one-night vibe and creative cocktails, while the main restaurant serves an unlimited breakfast and a mini buffet, as well as a la carte lunch, a hotel that caters to design, ambiance, and unique experiences.

Over promises - just disappointing
Balcony has only one chair and is very small. Staff amazingly unwilling to help and finally offered a dining room chair
The pool is nothing more than a dipping pool you can’t swim in it
Rooms are overfussy using space for a tea ritual you won’t use breather than having space for a suitcase
