Magnificent property , regal service
I was somewhat tired of the run of the mill city hotel and decided to search out for those with more greens and Chandra residences popped up . Upon first inspection on booking com , it seemed profile came across as being something too good to be true but now that I’ve completed my visit , i can quite honestly say that those photos clearly under represented the magnificent ambiance , beauty , and style of this residence .
Not to be confused with a hotel , it’s as the name imply , a home away from home and the impeccable quality and finishing of the specifics of the room , I would also be hesitant to label it as a Airbnb either .
But that needed to be said because if your
Expectation is of being in a hotel , it is not and because there were only two of us we could not make use of the private dining options that is also part of their wonderful facility. Nevertheless early mornings would mean us waking up to having coffee prepared by the duty Staff , Peach while we waited for breakfast we ordered
via grab and while the idea seems quite removed from the luxurious sell point of this residence , once the food arrived and they laid it out with in house utensils in the chandelier dining area etc , it felt every bit what an opulent diner would expect .
There’s lots more to be said as to how each guest would be treated including a private what’s app group that connected us to the plethora of staff answering our every need was certainly something we would never have expected and come to enjoy . We asked for a basket mangoes and mangosteens ( our favourite Fruits ) for arrival and that was what we got , we asked for a car for a private visit to the nearby waterfalls , and botanical gardens and that is what we got , we asked for a list of restaurants to savor and that’s what we got .
Honestly while there might be much to do in Chiang Mai having someone point us
the right way ,made this trip all so memorable so we truly like to thank ulises and his team for doing all they did in this . !

這是我們第二 次來住這家酒店了。上次來的比較倉促，這次來終於可以好好享受。😊
女主人本身就是建築師。整個庭院跟建築都是女主人自己的設計。一開始進來的車路已經有一種叢林秘境的感覺。庭院裡面滿滿的攀藤植物，可以看出來是這些年來慢慢長成的自然面貌。雖然花草很多，酒店在休憩的地方都有點蚊香。基本上坐著休息都可以安心發呆，不會有蚊子來煩你。然後我超愛女主人的小收藏。看得出來都是她自己私心喜歡的水彩畫跟小裝飾。（有個可以放自己買的珍藏的地方真棒呢。）
然後這裡的管家服務也超棒的，他們可以幫我們收外賣再美美的擺盤送到房間去。只要把grab 的預訂發給他們就可以了。完全不用努力google translate (完全可以腦袋離線）。附近好吃的泰菜也蠻多的，我們叫到了好幾家好棒的地道泰菜。在市中心反而沒有那麼地道的味道。
最主要的缺點就是它離市中心有點距離，我們本來就是打算來這裡開開心心的發呆。但是如果要出去市中心，要差不多25分鐘的車程。這是我們最後一站，所以對於我們來說也沒什麼問題。
