AVOID THIS DUMP
The rooms ac was broken, the toilet leaked continuously . The shower is not enclosed so it soaks the entire bathroom floor.
There was NO HOT WATER!
My king sized bed had a full sized mattress not a king. The mattress was grossly curved i have pictures. The hotel staff refused to give a towel to use for the pool.They don't believe in bars of soap, nothing to clean your hands with after using the toilet. I asked the hotel staff to book me a taxi to see the Grand palace. They told the taxi driver to take me to the Airport ! I had to pay the driver triple for the trip for going out of his way. The hotel and Booking.com totally screwed me on my refund. I received only 14 dollars ! I paid 160 dollars for 7 nights , I could only bear to stay there 3 days. I don't recommend Booking.com anymore as they did not do me right at all. The President Hotel sux and Booking.com doesn't care i had a horrible experience there and lost almost all my money.

They have breakfast served every morning but for Western stomach be ready for very spicy food.
They Thai food is however amazing but extremely spicy.
The rooms are amazing they are big and spacious with air conditioning in my room my air conditioner was very loud and I struggled to sleep a little.
Internet connectivity is extremely poor if you need the internet or Wi-Fi. Wifi it is not a stable network it goes up and down.
You are a little far from all the major attractions so make sure you have your transportation ready or rent a bike but most of the attractions are too far to go by bike. It gets costly to go out because you need to pay taxi every time there and back if you go to attractions.
The service attitude is very good and they are very friendly yeah I do believe they are trying because it's a well-maintained hotel with a very home environment. It would be such a better place if they also cater for a western stomach on their food and if they better the internet connectivity.
